Without understanding the techniques, strong resistance may arise in the Soul as well as in the personality itself. It also happens that people who are eager to get rid of burdens as quickly as possible, and who apply the techniques without prior EXPERIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, and without practical knowledge of what blockages may be encountered during the work, and who do not see the sample effects presented on the website, give up even faster than their initial enthusiasm for the work arose.

A superficial love for oneself and for others may not be sufficient.

Typical reasons include:
– misunderstanding the content of texts and even videos
– performing the techniques in such a way that they bring no results or only minimal ones, leading to disappointment
– a desire not to enter into the will of one’s own Soul (yet such a personality has already been “trained” to fulfill karma and karmic plans)
– thinking that everything is understood and clear while there are no effects in material reality – which may indicate that some content has been overlooked and/or there is resistance from the Soul

In a neighboring town, two men once won the jackpot in a major lottery. Parties and social gatherings for the entire village lasted half a year. It ended with the death of one of the beneficiaries, and for the other, out of his 3.5 million, little remained besides liver cirrhosis.
With such intentions they walked toward wealth. They only wanted to drink their fill in the company of their closest ones.

Apart from many years of short, preceding prayers for forgiveness for several people, I began my true practice concerning the development of the Soul, its self-awareness, and the state in which I and It exist, in the year 2000, starting with the cleansing of intentions. I was convinced during some classes that this was very important.

I, Sławek, for many years guided by the missions of a Tibetan Bodhisattva, did not have enough money to live my life.
It was therefore natural to search for the sources that were limiting the inflow of money and wealth into my life.

I began writing them down only when I realized that several times I had cleansed the same intention. After a few intentions, more thoughts and thematic groups for healing appeared, and in this way more than 800 of them accumulated.

On average, I cleared 3 intentions per day. Looking at how many still remained to be worked through, on days off work I processed up to 10. However, I do not recommend this, because I drifted off and simply had headaches.

It can be assumed as a statistical certainty that a response comes after 30 days, and we almost always know that it concerns a specific intention. At one time, we clear only one intention.

We want to be wealthy people, and this is a beautiful idea; however, it is our own inner intentions that determine whether wealth will materialize for us or not.

Our intentions determine whether, when asking God for money, we will fall into illness, because subconsciously we expect it after being taught that rich people will not enter heaven. Or whether, if we buy an expensive car, by driving fast we will cause an unfortunate accident—which supposedly would not happen to a poor person who cannot afford to buy a Mercedes.

The intentions mentioned here are not contradictory; they are different. Each one differs from the previous.

Let us look at the intentions with which we approach God and His matters. What is God’s plan for me? With what personal intentions (attitudes) do I realize God’s plan for me? Does He want my happiness, or does He desire that I continuously carry crosses and have a hard life? What is the point of carrying burdens when I pray to God and am happy with it? For what purpose would I make my life worse? In the name of what intentions, in the name of what am I to be guided by inner impulses that I do not know but that are known to the Almighty?

By handing over to God our own attitudes called intentions, we do not decide about the final result of our actions, because God takes them over.

Procedure

The simplest, fastest way: we kneel exactly like Muslims, forehead bowed to the ground, hands open upward. Figure 5

We simply hand over the harmful ones as unnecessary, and with all the others we ask for their deletion. This takes a short time, and within 10 minutes one can hand over at least several intentions in sequence.

God of the Creative Forces of Love, please open my heart now down to its very core and my Soul, our entire being.
God of the Creative Forces of Love, I ask for protection for myself and my Soul, for our entire being.

We also ask You, Creator, for protection for us so that all attachments are removed and that any beings, entities, or creations do not interfere with us during the bow.
We also now ask You, God, Giver of Life, together with my Soul, our entire being, to open our heart.

It is important to specify whom and for what we are asking.
Safely choose terms such as: “God, Giver of Life,” “God of the Creative Forces of Love,” “Light,” “Creator.”

Integration of intentions Link

Years ago, I used to sit in the lotus position and practiced a much longer ritual.

In the solar plexus, I create a luminous, rainbow-colored sphere of light.
The sphere expands and encompasses my entire being.

I pray as follows:

“God, I ask You to open my own heart and my Soul to all the positive results of this prayer of mine.
God of creative love, I now place into this sphere all my intentions concerning … (here the name of the intention – its full content).”

It is better and more effective if, in addition to the intention, we also place into the sphere—depending on the context—all: erroneous patterns, mechanisms of action, commitments, imagined vows, etc. This significantly broadens the spectrum of cleansing.

After placing the intention (some thought-forms, energies…), the sphere rises upward. It passes ceilings, the roof, and bursts high above.
I see a flash; I now entrust these intentions (and habits, missions, etc.) to God.

Through the vertical chakra channel, the divine response returns. They go upward and, after cleansing, flow back in the form of light.
I guide it further in visualization directly into my heart. Here the intentions become grounded and, once purified, radiate from the heart to the entire universe, to all beings open to this.

The balloon technique works without an open heart chakra, but it is not certain that the intentions will be cleansed. All intentions must pass through the heart—this is where transformation occurs.

This exercise has one additional effect: the chakra channel above the heart opens. In people who have it closed, heart pain may appear. This is not treated medically, and it is good to verify with a clairvoyant what is happening. On average, this pain lasts about half a year. Opening the channel means greater effectiveness of prayer and certainty that God takes control over us.

I have written down here intentions that should be cleansed and those that should be discarded. Intentions of being a thief, once cleansed by God, are unnecessary for us. In such cases, one should ask to be released from them.

WHY ARE PRECISION AND MULTI-ASPECT AWARENESS IMPORTANT IN INTENTIONS?

The intentions, habits, and needs presented below are only preliminary; they merely touch upon a given topic.

If someone notices omitted issues or has their own idea for an Intentions, please contact me by email, because the more broadly a given topic is described, the faster and more precisely healing occurs in that area.

Healing may occur after several years—or not at all—(because the topic may overlap with other unhealed intentions) if we perform one general intention concerning, for example, our (my and my Soul’s) prosperity. It may collide with hidden vows of the Soul concerning poverty, causing the Intentionss to overlap and cancel each other out.

Therefore, it is very important to precisely write out intentions, habits, and needs, and to share them with others. The more intentions are written out collectively, the better it is for us.

Just like with prayers—one sentence of prayer without discussing details or various aspects will result in receiving not exactly what we wanted (e.g., a financial blockage remains). In the case of illnesses, results may be such that the illness returns like a proverbial boomerang because one seemingly “unimportant” issue was omitted.

Verification will always come in life in various ways if certain intentions have not been deleted or cleansed. Corrections can then be made by cleansing or deleting the intention that was previously omitted.

Example:
Personally, I, Monika, deleted an intention concerning the lack of willingness to experience profits and income. On the same day, I found myself in a situation where I felt confusion and an inner sense that I was doing something wrong.
After analysis and long guidance, it turned out that I was once again giving free information to the same person, wasting time explaining exactly the same things they already knew, that had already been conveyed to them, and that were additionally explained in a video.

WRITING OUT INTENTIONS

When writing out intentions, habits, and needs, one should remember to present different perspectives of a given issue.

For example, in recordings about prostitution, the sufferings experienced by previous incarnations of the Soul during times of debauchery are presented.
Let us remember that a Soul with the karma of a prostitute could, in subsequent incarnations, become a brothel madam or a pimp.

Therefore, it is important to add intentions from this second perspective.

Likewise, if a recording speaks about the exploitation of previous incarnations of my Soul, it is equally necessary to consider that previous incarnations of my Soul may have exploited other beings for their own purposes.

Thus, for a given topic, one should remember to write out different sides of the problem.
In this way, from a single sentence of a prayer or text, three (or more) intentions may emerge.

Guidelines for Writing Intentions

Before offering intentions for deletion or cleansing:

1. Reflect on the following:

a) Are the intentions grammatically correct, and is sentence structure preserved?
(It is therefore advisable to wait one day after writing them, to notice any possible errors or omissions.)

b) Do the intentions refer to past eras, authors, creators of a given movement, philosophy, or way of thinking, or to famous figures in a given profession?

c) Is there a description of how a ritual proceeded, or how specific techniques were used?

d) Have all pieces of information been used line by line, or has something been overlooked?
Is the name of the incarnation included in the intentions?
(If intentions were written based on a biography, even if sources contain distortions, they are not placed there without reason—sometimes they serve to obscure the truth that the Creator will reveal after the intentions are deleted.)

e) How can the intentions be expanded?
(Are they written in the plural form to encompass the entire being, opposing patterns, gender, methods, experiences, and the promotion of such patterns?) Link

f) Are there metaphors, figures of speech, or expressions that could be taken literally by the Soul, or expressions that once meant something different?
(For example, please check what a castrated boar was once called.)

g) Are there terms or phenomena that were introduced relatively recently (about 200 years ago or earlier), such as “sociopath,” “narcissistic personality,” “schizophrenia,” or “sexual maturity”?
It is better to describe what is meant, or even provide definitions.
The Soul may be in such a trance that it does not live in the here and now and may manifest as a medieval being (e.g., a knight), considering a 12-year-old girl sexually mature—something now considered pedophilia.
Meanings and definitions of words change over time, so it is worth checking both their original and current meanings to avoid misunderstandings and gaps the Soul may exploit.

h) Previously unknown concepts—if we encounter a phenomenon from distant epochs for the first time, it should also be described so that another person reading the intentions understands what is being discussed.

i) After writing intentions, one may send them to another person to see whether something should be added or clarified.

2. When the thought arises that consultation would be helpful, intentions may be sent (even individually) to learn how to expand them and to catch gaps on an ongoing basis that may result from the Soul’s attitude toward a given topic.
(This is why point 1 is important—if there is much supplementation and correction, the offering process may be delayed, since neither I nor Sławek always have time to make corrections, and one’s own Soul may exploit such gaps.)

3. Before decoding intentions, one may speak with the Creator, asking Him to persuade the Soul to surrender the given intentions with the entire being, and already at this stage ask for something better for ourselves, our Soul, and the whole being.

How to Expand Intentions for Deletion

One may follow the suggested formula:

“our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, as beings of every kind and level (… here one may add tyrants, despots, witches), [verb – what?], including [object/complement] and more”

Several principles:

• Use the plural form to encompass the entire being.
  The entire sentence intended for deletion should follow this convention, e.g., instead of “to oneself” use “to us,” instead of “being exploited” use “being exploited beings.”
• Specify whom and what the intention concerns.
• It is worth adding complements with possessive pronouns such as our and others’, so the intention refers not only to us but also to relationships with others, e.g.:

our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, contributing to our and others’ happiness, misfortune, and more

• Use descriptive adjectives.
  If we include something we consider good, we should also include its opposite, e.g.:

our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, experiencing good, light, and love, as well as evil, darkness, and lack of love in our lives and more

We may consider something good (e.g., love), while the Soul may think and act oppositely, wishing to experience only pain—this may be “good” for it rather than love.

• Use phrases such as “including,” “not only,” “as well as,” “also,” “such as,” “and… and… and others”.
  These help decode a greater number of intentions within a single intention and include opposing ideas in deletion.

Example:

our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, as beings of every kind and level, including witches, widows, black widows, praying-mantis-type women, black mantises, and spider-type men, being our and others’ executioners and tormentors, and more

• Intentions work effectively when written from different perspectives, e.g.:

our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, being beings exploited for sex and more
our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, being beings who exploit others for sex and more
our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, attracting beings who exploit us and others sexually and more

These may also be combined into one intention:

our, in all genders, for all reasons, in various ways, being beings who are exploited and who exploit others, including sexually and more, as well as our attracting such beings into our lives

The Soul operates at its own level independently of the incarnation, sometimes as an executioner, while the personality experiences suffering.
The Soul may have many reasons for acting this way—seeking enlightenment, repaying debts, or simply knowing no other way of living.

Therefore, victims must also include the executioner’s side in intentions, because that is where it began.

Intentions may be expanded further and made longer, provided there is sobriety and clarity during their offering to the Creator.

Alternative Way to Begin Intentions

One may also begin intentions with the following formulation:

“our and through us [verb] … [to whom] … including … as well as our [description from the other perspective—stating that we also do not wish to experience this] … and also experiencing the consequences thereof”

Example:

our and through us occupying other people’s, beings’, Souls’, entities’, and forms’ homes, land, apartments, and residences belonging to them, as well as our homes, apartments, residences, and land being occupied by others, for all reasons and under all conditions, and also experiencing the consequences thereof

Sources of Inspiration for Intentions, Habits, and Needs

  In the “search” field, enter a keyword of interest, e.g., “military.”
• Review articles and, where possible, extract intentions from each sentence of prayers/articles, considering both our perspective and the opposing side.
• Internet, publications, newspapers.
  Search for the topic of interest and create intentions from each sentence.
  It is worthwhile to refer to historical sources, even from BCE times.
• Everyday life.
  Write down thoughts and analyze current life.
  What obstructs us? What makes life difficult? What do we dislike in others

It is worthwhile, before a bow intended to heal relationships
(with the surrender of all Souls to God, the Giver of Life—even those who do not wish to depart),
to also write out one’s own intentions, taking into account the following perspectives:

– our attracting revenge-seeking beings who drain our energy and harm us
– our being revenge-seeking beings who drain the vital forces of other beings and harm others
– our living in harmony, without difficulties in relationships with other beings

yet it may just as well be deleted like the ones listed above,
because the Soul may have its own visions of harmony,
which may ultimately prove destructive)

Intentions look different here on Earth than from the perspective of the human Soul.

1. In India, an avatar of my Soul affirmed for itself, some 4,000 years ago, renunciation and transformation through suffering.
2. A thousand years later, the Buddha appeared with a program that could make this possible. From that time on—for 2,400 years—my predecessors were, at least five times, Buddhist monks. None of them remembered the predecessor’s fascination (the one from point 1) with renunciation, but the Soul remembered it.
3. The Soul then “arranged” a complete set of renunciations from Tibet and India for the next avatar—me, Sławek.
4. How was I supposed to know that, living in Europe, if the Soul did not tell me? On my own, I handed 800 intentions over to God, and it paid off for both me and my Soul.

Entering any experience also needs to be considered separately—from the level of the Soul and from the level of the avatar. Above the avatar there is always the Soul, which sometimes blindly pursues a goal (set by earlier affirmations, prayers, and so on). The earthly human being has little to say about experiences, because their sum is collected and remembered by the Soul. The Soul does this using a tool—the earthly human being created for the Soul by God.

And so two elements separately created by God—an immortal Soul that sometimes has thousands of earthly incarnations behind it—meet the Earth and earthly experiences within a physical body created for it much later, a body that does not have built-in abilities to endure for such a long period. Instead, it carries a complete set of the Soul’s erroneous intentions (expectations) regarding the consequences of its own actions.

When I, the earthly human being (a part of my Soul’s consciousness), wanted to earn money, the will of my Soul was that I should live and manage without it. A house—yes, I could have one and even build it—but without money this is not possible. This is not Africa, where banana leaves would be enough for roofing. The Soul did not “give” me money, because an avatar I did not yet know persuaded the Soul, using the argument of reaching God through poverty and destitution.

This entire topic is devoted to freeing the jointly acting Human and Soul from this mutual confusion—from internally inconsistent and contradictory intentions and expectations.

Imagine a situation where the Earth asks the Sun for permission to move to a different orbit. Nonsense? In the same way, it makes no sense to address requests to anyone other than people. What has meaning is only the intention to make a choice. You truly choose your destiny yourself. If the parameters of your “emission” correspond to your choice, and the laws are not violated, then that is what you receive. A choice is not a request—it is your decision to have and to act.

Intention does not create excessive potential, because the energy of desire’s potential is spent on action. Desire and action combine into intention. Intention in action disperses, naturally and without balancing forces, the excessive potential created by desire. When solving a problem—act. When you dwell on the complexity of the problem, you create excessive potential and give energy to the pendulum. By acting, you realize the energy of intention. As the saying goes, “the eyes are afraid, but the hands do the work.” By realizing intention, entrust yourself to the flow of variants, and the problem will resolve itself.

I have a slightly different view of the “world.” I believe we are part of God—like His reflection. It’s hard to explain, because human words will never fully capture it. I will only say that I stopped looking outward in a way that diminishes myself—like I’m this tiny person asking God for something and He might, by His grace, grant my requests and prayers… or not. You know, I have power over my own life, and nobody else does. And I will not bow to anyone, because that diminishes me. The human mind will not grasp this, so it will invent a thousand reasons why my words will seem strange and worthless to you.

Everything people think about God is mental—only mental. And the mind cannot encompass it; it’s too limited. If that is so, then why try? Why try to define Him, categorize Him? For example, this whole cleansing of intentions with God… it’s complete nonsense, built on people’s unawareness. It’s just another scheme, another definition, another proof that people want to know everything, name everything, describe everything, and put it into neat boxes. And there are certain “things” the mind cannot understand. It will never comprehend what is spiritual. When people go beyond the mind, they will notice there is something more—and that “something” can only be experienced; it cannot be described. If it cannot be described, then why try?

I don’t listen closely to the synthesizer recordings; I can’t focus on the content—they are just a backdrop, a kind of noise. Strange, but listening to the recordings from the “work” package has the same effect—they play somewhere in the background, but the mind is not attentive while listening; it drifts off into other everyday matters.

Other recordings affect me more strongly. For example, I had to listen to The Fall of the Bodhisattva in a meditative state—I simply had a sudden need for it to happen that way. In general, on the first listen I try to listen very attentively and with full focus.

Mantras work very strongly—e.g., the “exchange mantra” activates my entire second chakra, and the “stream of divine grace” activates the heart.

I also noticed that there is no point—or rather, the results are meager—if you listen to recordings without first cleansing intentions.

I notice it through changes in the body, in the flow of energy (or whatever they call it—kriyas): the energy rises from below and moves through various energetic channels and blockages—which sometimes hurts as it pushes through them. Every time I release some package of intentions, there is a sudden leap in the quality of that flow. Yesterday I probably released too many intentions, because my body heated up and since last night I’ve been feeling sick—flu-like symptoms.

It would be good to create, for each recording, a package of intentions that are contained in the recording. For example, I am about to tackle the “work” recordings, which are very hard for me. But that is probably a week of work, because I have to listen to all the recordings and write out, one by one, the intentions they contain.

When writing out intentions, habits, and needs, remember to present different perspectives on a given problem.

For example, in recordings about prostitution, the sufferings experienced by previous incarnations of the Soul during times of debauchery are presented.

Let us remember that a Soul with the karma of a prostitute, in later incarnations, could have become a brothel madam or a pimp.

Therefore, it is important to add intentions from that second perspective.

Or, when a recording speaks about the exploitation of previous incarnations of my Soul, one should equally take into account that previous incarnations of my Soul could have exploited other beings for their own purposes.

So, for any given topic, remember to write out different sides of the problem. In this way, from one sentence of prayer or text, three (or more) intentions can emerge.

DELETION OR CLEANSING?

Nearly identical questions keep appearing, from many people.

1. Do we cleanse or delete illusions, karmic patterns, and trances in the bow?
2. How can I be sure which intention is for deletion and which is for cleansing? Sometimes I hesitate.
3. I cleansed an intention, but after reviewing the articles it turns out it should be deleted. How do I reverse that?

FORMULATING SENTENCES FOR INTENTIONS

4. How long can a sentence be in deletion or cleansing of intentions? How does it look in the case of prayers?

PRECISION IN WORDING INTENTIONS

5. Do we really have to reduce intentions to a single burden? For example, in the set of intentions from prostitution there is the intention of increasing financial obligations brought from the time of the brothel, but my Soul could also have had financial obligations from, for example, times of priesthood or royal power. Can one simply say “our increasing financial obligations”? If so, what is the difference?
6. In the intentions concerning a woman with a “mantis” character there is “our manipulating men in order to use them to support us”—but can’t one change the intention and say “our manipulating all beings in order to use them to support us”? Can’t it be stated more generally? After all, some burdens overlap, and it is not always known where an intention originally arose. Additionally, a person with “mantis karma” could just as well have exploited their family, because the partner ran away.
7. How can the technique of intentions be expanded so that it is most effective?

8. Sometimes I write intentions out on a sheet of paper and they are very long. Is it important to understand the intention being read from the paper?

because when the personality starts replaying the Soul’s patterns,
it starts “scheming” again—e.g., so that some Soul whose personality wrote prayers/texts will do all the work, meaning:
someone starts using prayers and intentions from the MINW website,
the personality wants to work through certain things, and the Soul of that personality thinks how to undermine it, find a middleman, or promote itself as a future god (which indicates the need to write out intentions about being living gods, deities, based on the most famous ones like Krishna)
very many Souls of people working with intentions hand over to the Creator to decode their desire to be gods filled with light

and if they know a given Soul and its incarnations,
they remember something and want it to be as it was (a god does everything for them),
or they want to undermine a former guru/master/deity so that they themselves become that in a next incarnation
Souls accumulate handed-over intentions above the chakra channel but do not want to hand them over, because they are waiting, for example, for a divine incarnation—
the personality works, hands over intentions, and little changes (a “comforting” action by the Soul so the personality keeps working) or nothing changes (so the Soul can relive rebellion against the Creator / experience different situations than before—e.g., a situation where the personality moves toward God, the Giver of Life, and the Soul does not want it / withdraws intentions because a guru told it… because it doesn’t want changes)

Our—and chiefly my Soul’s—over many incarnations wearing/not wearing, putting on/not putting on, taking off/not taking off various garments and head coverings; witches’ brooms; dresses including those of “divine mothers” and not only; shoes, socks, trousers and skirts with a hole on the buttocks and without a hole; cloaks; royal/not royal robes; military uniforms; the clothing of a prostitute, of a gay man and not only; and various patterns, blockages, clothing, elements that are/are not clothing—including such that after many/not many incarnations stink, reek, repel, smell pleasant and not only—and our and others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences of this.

Our being/not being a breeder, a possessor of all kinds, meanings and sizes of, among other things, matted hair on the head, on the beard, on the hair, including dreadlocks and other hairstyles made from hair stuck together, dusty, sticky, greasy, clumped into a stiff mass, and also causing various skin diseases, rot, stench—being a place that serves as a habitat for bacteria, mites, lice, parasites, worms, snakes and their droppings, eggs, larvae, “families,” and not only—and our and others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences of this.

Our and others’, due to lack of hygiene, falling ill/not falling ill, suffering/not suffering, dying/not dying from various ailments, including diseases and pathologies of the skin, genitals, bodies; poisonings; infections, even ending in death; skin itching; infection with various viruses, parasites, bacteria, microorganisms which, because of dirty hands, teeth, genitals, enter our and others’ bodies, digestive and respiratory systems, our eyes, reproductive organs and not only—also our and others’ infecting/not infecting other people, Souls, beings, and ourselves with various diseases and conditions, including those transmitted by droplets, during sex, through direct contact, and in any other way—and our and others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences of this.
