Bowing Before God as a Tool of Effective Prayer
I have not found a simpler or more effective technique in prayer to God than speaking a few proper sentences while in a deep bow. A bow in prayer together with worship may be performed only before God Himself.
A bow without worship may also be used toward parents, relatives, enemies, in order to show respect and to bring about complete healing of a relationship.
Two angelic souls regained their wings.
The soul of a child appeared beside a woman asking for a child.
Someone was liberated from the surrounding family circle of beings with dark intentions.
These are only partial results of the summer meetings in which we used this method.
We kneel exactly as Muslims do, forehead bowed to the ground, palms turned upward.
I suggest the following words directed toward parents, family, debtors, or even enemies:
– I respect you.
– I apologize for…
– I have forgiven you…
– I have forgiven you for what was truly evil and for what I considered evil directed toward me.
– I thank you for everything, for…
– I am grateful for…
– I give you the love of my heart, the pure love of my soul.
– I love you, Daddy (Mommy)…
– Dear Daddy…
To gain practice, it is worth making the first bow before God: “I worship You…” and let the rest of the words flow on their own.
Let us always precede our bow with a prayer for inspiration and for divine protection. We ALWAYS ask for divine protection before inviting:
a) Souls other than parents. Even here it is not always safe and pleasant.
b) Souls of people hostile toward us.
c) All astral beings such as archangels, violet beings, etc. Such healing more quickly frees one from entanglements in Reiki or even karmic Satanism.
d) When the invited soul is the soul of a strzyga, an astral lizard.
As has clearly been shown, in a very brief personal prayer with a bow one can obtain a great deal. Three minutes of thoughtful asking is enough, and it happens immediately.
At the workshops, various souls were invited: many races, family members, acquaintances, and others. They always came upon a personal INVITATION.
It is not possible for someone to be so busy that they cannot come to receive a bow.
No one can refuse, evade, or excuse themselves because of great distance, unfinished work, or deafness.
It must happen if there is will in the one asking and if they simply ask.
In normal contact, the souls of living people appear in many self-chosen energetic forms, for example:
a) A visit of the soul alone in male or female form.
b) The soul in its own nature, for example as a winged angel or a dragon.
c) The soul seen in its pure golden matrix.
d) Contact with the intellect of the soul, which appears in male form.
e) The soul in a half-animal form such as a Centaur, Ganesha, etc.
For the bow, regardless of their origin, place of earthly incarnation, or even the lack of an earthly personality (in astral beings), they always appear in a golden matrix. The outline of the figure is golden. This means that the healing takes place at the highest level and must also manifest in matter.
Even the souls of strzygas with their horns came in golden color. The client wanted healing of the relationship with his current partner (a strzyga), whom in everyday life he had placed on a high pedestal.
I always seat invited souls on a chair or stool, for their “comfort” and out of ordinary respect. When the soul of the client’s father (an angel) came earlier, it had a size proportional to his earthly personality. But the soul of the strzyga, in addition of royal lineage, stood by the stool 20 cm taller than it (it was about 70 tall). The client had raised her onto a pedestal, not seeing the entanglement, nor what the strzyga was really offering him.
In the bow, the point was mutual healing of the relationship, so he should have apologized, forgiven her, and thanked her.
This prayer, the only one in the whole workshop, did not happen, and it went like this:
I, Sławek, was giving the text.
(SM) – I forgive you, Agnieszka, for all evil…
(Client after a moment of hesitation) – I cannot say that.
(SM) – I apologize to you, Agnieszka, for the evil I did toward you.
(Client after a moment of hesitation) – I apologize to you, Agnieszka, for the evil I did toward you.
(SM) – I thank you, Agnieszka, for all the good I experienced from your side.
(Client after a moment of hesitation) – I cannot say that.
“800 intentions for cleansing” – Link
The bow greatly shortens the time needed to surrender those intentions to God. We simply surrender the harmful ones as unnecessary, and with all the others we ask for cleansing. Each time, only 1 intention together with the habits and needs connected with a specific issue. It takes little time, and within 10 minutes one can surrender at least several of them in succession.
Notes:
If there is some icon, portrait, or photograph hanging on the wall, it is better to choose another direction for the bow, so that the action does not become less effective and idolatrous. Also so that it does not happen that “one sits opposite another on the other side of the chamber and they worship each other like deities.”
I advise against worshipping anyone on Earth or in invisible worlds. The posture earlier indicated in Islam seems to me appropriate for worshipping only the Creator. One may worship God on one’s knees, but worshipping other beings or other people is done at one’s own risk. Worship of another person (soul) is a skeleton key to idolatry. Souls have different intentions: one (a parent) will recognize that finally they were respected for their effort, while another will think they have you in their grasp—because you worship them like God.
An acquaintance once literally heard: “After all, you bowed and worshipped me, and thus recognized my superiority and submitted yourself like a dog.”
It is good to understand the difference between an Eastern bow, where one worships like God anyone who happens to appear, and the Muslim bow, which is given to God and in which only God is worshipped.
A Request for a Child
Light, together with my soul, we apologize for having sinned against You as women.
Light, together with my soul, we apologize for having lost through our actions the right to be a woman, the right to bear children.
I accept, God, that once You took away from my soul and its personalities, and from me myself, the right to bear children.
Light, I now beg for myself and for my soul for the right to my happy motherhood.
I now apologize for the fact that my soul and its personalities were unable to appreciate their own children, to love them, respect them, cherish them, and care for them.
I apologize for the fact that my soul together with its personalities repeatedly harmed my own children from the past.
I now apologize to all my children whom I harmed—those born and those unborn—whom my soul and its personalities harmed or destroyed in any way, thereby defiling themselves, their own motherhood, and womanhood.
Only a few simple sentences were enough for the soul of a child to appear immediately beside the woman asking. Several people saw it, and a few days later the potential mother saw in a dream that the soul of the child was beside her. For now she is only a potential mother, but before the prayer even that was not possible.
Note: after this bow and the one described below, energies may be felt in the female reproductive organs.
Another related subject is dismissing the soul of an unborn child that remains beside a potential parent.
The souls of all unborn children require dismissal: aborted children, conceived but miscarried children, and also children whose souls had already been arranged, but the chosen parents went other ways.
In a deep bow:
God, please open my heart. I ask for complete divine protection for me and for my soul. God, I humbly ask for healing of my relationship with the soul of the unborn child. I ask for the mutual cancellation of all our entanglements and bad karma between us and our souls. I surrender to You, Light, my unfulfillment in the role of the mother (father) of this child.
God, giver of life, I surrender to You all my intentions, habits, and needs that caused this soul to choose another mother for birth instead of me.
I have forgiven myself for all the reasons why this soul chose another mother than me for birth and upbringing.
I entrust to Light the soul of the unborn child—I return to it freedom and freedom of choice.
God, I humbly ask, make me aware why this soul chose another mother than me for birth. God, I humbly ask, make me aware why I lost the possibility of raising this child.
Part 2 separate – dismissing the soul of an unborn child.
See or visualize that the child is sitting on a chair and bow to it—but without worship.
I allow you, soul of my unborn child, to leave my life forever. I return to you freedom and freedom of choice. I forgive you everything. Thank you for all the good that has ever come to me from you.
I respect your decision connected with going to another mother.
I apologize for not becoming your mother, for not raising you.
Bow Prayer – Liberation from the Karma of a King, Ruler
Please open my heart, my soul, O God, to the best and proper liberation from the karma of a king, ruler, emperor, chieftain. I ask for such liberation for me and for my soul. Light, I now surrender to You all my crowns, ermine robes, scepters, and all other aspects of royal, imperial, chieftain, and tyrannical power.
I surrendered to You, God giver of life, all my and my soul’s kingdoms, empires, dominions, both earthly and energetic, including those coming from foreign energetic and material civilizations. I entrust to You the care of all my kingdoms, all the kingdoms of my soul. God giver of life, take over the care and protection of all the subjects ruled by my soul and its personalities. I now apologize to all my subjects ruled by my soul and its personalities for my former rule as a tyrant, miser, and despot.
The person came to the workshop with a soul wearing a royal crown. This bow brought only partial success. The soul of the one asking, dissatisfied with the request, did indeed remove the crown and put it aside, but soon put it back on again. Only the next day did it somehow work.
It is easy for me, Sławek, to suggest to others that they get rid of crowns and the burdens connected with them, because I myself got rid of them simply by deciding that I do not need them.
Bow Prayer – Liberation from Illness…
Please open my heart, O God. God, giver of life, together with my soul I come to You asking for cancellation of all entanglements and conditionings connected with my illness called …….
God, please remove from me, from my physical body, and from my soul all the energies of the illness …….., all marks of this illness, all vibrations of this illness.
God, giver of life, please remove from my soul and from my energies all intentions, habits, needs, missions, and trances connected with building and holding close the illness ……… in its materialized form in my body.
God, giver of life, please show me the way to this liberation.
Please, God giver of life, initiate such events and situations that this liberation of me and my soul from the illness ……. may occur.
God, giver of life, I apologize that my soul and its personalities behaved so badly that, in order to restrain negative behaviors, we chose for ourselves the illness ……….
I ask for removal of all stains and marks of the illness ……..
I ask for removal from my heart, from all my chakras, all auric bodies, and from the DNA chains, of all entanglements, blockages, anchors, and nets that keep the illness ………. close to me and my soul, whether in energetic or materialized form.
When initiating an acquaintance that is moving toward marriage or sex, it is good to ask:
a) for healing of the relationship with the person and that soul on all levels—even beforehand.
b) visualize the person’s soul on a chair and bow to it, forgiving all karmic faults, etc.
When initiating a new job, it is good to ask:
a) for healing of the relationship with management on all levels—even beforehand.
b) visualize the soul of the person on a chair and bow to it, forgiving all karmic faults, etc.
Bow in the Matter of Substitute Wings
Substitute wings other than angelic ones that an angelic soul shows. I have already seen such substitute wings: membranous wings and eagle wings.
God, giver of my life, together with my soul we ask for cancellation of our intentions, habits, needs, and missions for which instead of angelic wings I had eagle (membranous) wings.
Light, I surrender to You the shame of myself and my soul connected with the fact that my soul wore substitute eagle (membranous) wings instead of angelic wings.
I apologize to all who suffered when I myself, my soul, and its personalities used substitute eagle (membranous) wings to destroy others and for destruction. Thank You for forgiveness.
Love, together with my soul, with humility in my heart, I ask that You make us worthy of wearing the true wings of an angelic soul.
I ask that the transformation of my soul and personalities be safe, easy, and quick.

Bow Toward a Father or Mother, or Even a Spouse
a) Dear Daddy. Together with my soul, I am grateful to you for the support and care you provided for us.

The change in attitude within the mutual relationship should be visible immediately. It is good here to pour out one’s own grievances, even if the parents are already gone.

At the prayer came all the souls of the people called. They stood in their pure forms. Bow to Widows
The bow was performed in connection with widow energies that were being manifested by a young unmarried woman. From her karmic past, her soul came with needs connected with being a widow. The next day after the prayer, the person saw her soul half as a black widow, and half in a bride’s dress.
The person has the karma of a ruler, and therefore many men once fell in her wars and many women became widows. Link

During the healing of a relationship with me, an acquaintance acted on the level of here and now, that is with me, Sławek, and my soul. I heard her soul apologizing to me for the fact that once, as my incarnated mother, she did not give me the love of her heart.
Two different levels were happening simultaneously. Her personality knew nothing about the problems from that incarnation of our souls.

How is it with this bow??? I’m going crazy. I do it several times and no results, those people toward whom I bowed still look at me sideways…. I mean, I do it like this: I lie down, invite the soul, wait a minute, and then I do as you wrote, that is I bow and say that I apologize, etc., and then I thank the soul for coming and allow it to leave. The only question is whether those souls actually came??? Today I read that you wrote to someone that you have to wait 15 minutes after the invitation, maybe that is my mistake? And when I read that people write that they saw a group of people accepting forgiveness, or their child or parent, it moved me, and then I felt anger—why can’t I do it????

You do not need to wait 15 minutes; I wrote that it works immediately.

- Only then the bow. The whole thing with prayer usually lasts 3–4 minutes.
Hellinger demonstrated bows in 3 forms: inclination of the head, head bowed to the ground, and a lying position. Many people’s heads do not bend to the ground but hang 20 cm above it. They show the honor they possess and their high opinion of themselves.
The content of the request is important. It is rather not advisable to read it from a piece of paper.
Maybe you are not doing it from the heart but from the third eye? You understand, humility before the invited one is important here, recognizing their rights, one’s own faults, forgiveness, sometimes an act of mercy.
If in the bow someone is muttering something or pressuring Wojtek from the third eye, the effects may not be right.
Similarly in Divine Judgment—most of those willing do not even get beyond the astral level when they act from the third eye, and then complaints arise.
From further correspondence: yes, I forgot to write that I always ask God for protection, only since I have a closed heart then maybe it all misses the point until I open it….. and regarding self-regard, I (at least from the point of view of my earthly being, because evidently I do not feel my spirit) am capable and willing to give someone respect, even an enemy, I am also willing to bow, that is how I feel, otherwise I would not do it….. some 15 years ago I hated a woman who unjustly “failed” me on an exam and thus blocked my further education, and after some time I understood (reading various books on conflicts, etc.) that I had to forgive her, because then I did not yet know the method with the bow, I did it with all my strength, with all my heart (so I think), and after a short time, thanks to her husband, I had a chance—although it was almost impossible—to take the exam and pass it…
and now how do I open this heart, because if it is closed, then maybe prayers do not reach God, so even if I prayed for the opening of the heart, how could it be effective if the request comes, for example, from the third eye??? I am a bit devastated

God opens the heart and no one else. Prayers are also fulfilled in blocked people. Cleanse your intentions and ask from the heart—focusing more or less behind the sternum between the ribs.

When freeing oneself from dark karma, especially Satanism (with derivatives such as the karma of a king or a soldier), one should also ask for cleansing of the hands themselves that we stretch out before us. The bow given to God truly works miracles. I thank God in the bow for loving me, and I always cry, always…and very much, and at the same time I feel peace and bliss. Sławek, sadly I state that I am either becoming schizophrenic or possessed. I lean more toward being possessed because during the prayer tyrant and despot I cried a lot, spasms at sentences about demons, devils, Satan… Your prayers have made me dig into what state I am really in, without sugarcoating and gloss I see what I carry and what I have done, your prayers “stick a stick in the anthill,” they greatly bring everything to light… I do not hear voices or anything like that, but vulgar words directed toward God and people keep coming back to me… when I bow to God I have silence and peace… but when I do anything else I have these vulgar, insulting words in my head, in my interior, almost all the time… it is exhausting. The prayer I Exalted God is wonderful, I listen to it all the time whenever I can, in any case every day, it brings relief, solace.

I was once astonished how many people in the past wrote guidelines for Satanists, SATANIC manuals full of specifics. In some way, the soul of every one of them without exception must understand, and another personality must experience the consequences upon itself.
Unless it accepts understanding and what is described in the Bible in another context… “From there He will come to judge the living and the dead.”
I, Sławek, in my texts and life do not wait for anyone to judge me. I myself ask God for His immediate opinion regarding the actions of my soul and those personalities that died long ago. Notice that every few days some new prayer appears on another topic. The effect is a significant brightening of the energies.
Let it comfort you that after a number of sobs, even spasmodic ones, one day you will no longer experience emotion repeating a given word in the described context. This will not yet be complete freedom, but a large part of the blockages of the solar plexus will disappear and the light will manifest through the heart.
I recommend several recordings devoted to the mentioned subject.
Wonderful relief, and I truly believe that these words will leave forever and that God will free me from them. I learned to speak with God only in the bow, before that I did not do it, because alternately I felt pride, vanity, hypocrisy, or unworthiness to speak with God and ask Him for forgiveness or anything at all. And in the bow the words themselves began to flow from me. And what is beautiful, humility and understanding come. Earlier I could not express in my own words what I wanted to express and say to God.

An acquaintance was asking with strong emotion for healing of a relationship. After a few days there appeared internal reflections and remarks from the soul: whether what she asked for made any sense at all, whether it was innocent and constructive.
She heard: “You asked for it on your knees.”

Sometimes I do bows with the strzyga from my family. I invented such a mini-technique for myself: I close my eyes and imagine a given person and they appear. Sometimes they stand sideways to me, sometimes facing me with open arms, it is as if I sense what attitude that person has toward me at a given moment. I manage this especially with the strzyga; a few times I saw him with his back to me, as if he were leaving.

You are working with the soul of a living person, so everything changes with every decision made. Strzygas bring nothing good into the lives of others. Unfortunately. For many years I worked in a similar way, unaware that I was seeing the soul of an acquaintance. It did not help me much because the entanglement lasted endlessly. It changed when, seeing that soul, I began asking God for healing of our mutual relations. It is good to tell God what one wants and what is unacceptable according to us. However, the best is surrender to God—it brings no negative side effects.

I use bows often and I am glad of their effects. An interesting experience appeared while searching for a karmic acquaintance from Argentina. For many years I had unsuccessfully tried to find out what was happening to him now. Unexpectedly a specific piece of information came, and with it the recognition of the current personality of that being. I rejoiced, and then his soul stepped before me and, exactly as in Hellinger family constellations, made a bow as an ordinary sign of respect. Conscious acceptance of our common past, joy at my recognition. We knew each other well from both genders and many variants of social-family relationships.
I bowed back to that soul with great respect for its accomplishments, personal culture, and present spiritual greatness. It was great and is great.
Sometimes, exactly as in the human environment, one encounters a person full of claims and expectations who nevertheless cannot bring themselves to say a simple “I’m sorry.” It is sometimes painful to look at smallness of spirit and the complete opposite of spiritually great figures.

I have several questions regarding the bow and the workshops.
First, can the formula of the prayer be spoken in one’s thoughts?
Do we have to name souls by name, because after all we no longer remember the names of some, others want to remain hidden, etc.
Secondly, how much do such workshops cost. Have you and Sławek thought of recording them and making them available?
I have a problem with rather stubborn souls who do not even want to hear about letting me go. I turn to God asking for release from these stubborn ones, and they make a terrible noise and disrupt my prayer.
As for the bow, maybe it would be worth posting several written-out versions of it on the site. For a beginner it is really difficult to understand the bow and even harder to perform it.

Words turn into effects better if we hear them and if the soul hears them clearly.
Calling someone by name, if we know it, is obvious. In the remaining cases we invite all those who….. The invited soul cannot refuse or hide.
The workshop price is always given in the announcement together with the date and topic.
Usually the bows themselves are recorded for those interested, so they are not suitable for publication.
Those who do not want to leave, we consistently surrender to God, and usually they are former admirers, former wives, soldiers, etc.

Does saying the same thing to everyone work? Emotions and bodily reactions.

Mirka: I did not have access to certain knowledge during one of the bows, and yet I thought I would collapse during the bow. A wave of emotions appeared, physical pain, voice breaking… and I do not know what my Soul had done there. It was certain that what I was saying in the bow was sincere.
Marian: better to leave it all to God.
Mirka: intentions—because it may be deliberate pushing away of all this knowledge of burdens and offenses. One Soul said it would not cry because no, then that it had been forbidden, and then that it was not manly and it would not show weakness.
Marian: I do not know the reason why I do not cry.
I do not think crying itself solves the healing.
Mirka: crying alone no—it depends on sincerity, on intention.
Marian: better to try than do nothing.

Feelings after a bow healing relationships
Adam: I did a bow, nice feeling now, energy goes upward until the hair stands up on my head haha, you can feel such a shiver as it passes through the body.
Mirka:

When I ask for the opening of the heart it starts.

I have different reactions.
If there is no reaction, that is thought-provoking.
Immediate healing of a relationship
Mirka: if healing of the relationship in matter is not immediate after performing a healing bow for the relationship…. then the Soul is scheming with that other Soul with whom the relationship was being healed. For that reason bows that “do not work” are repeated. If military intentions have not been processed, the Soul may still be fighting with the other one, and in matter we cannot communicate with the person whose Soul is defending itself. Of course the reverse situation may also happen.
Fabian: you know, healing also stays with a being who truly is close.
I do not know, secondly I also thought that it is like with action.

Time and life here and now – harmony
Mirka: with action in what sense?
Fabian: you do not think what the results will be, you do not judge, you do not do it by force, slowly because you cannot take in everything in one bow, just as with wanting to have everything at once, and that cannot be done.
You do not stress that so much is still left and what the consequences will be—small steps, you do it and live here and now.
I think that a lot can be changed not only through intentions but through our action, attitude, work on the mind, because this worrying that this and that relationship has still not been healed is tiring.

Mirka: but who is tired? I am not.
I do not compare—I only observe how my attitude and healing of relationships have changed. Once I approached it without emotions. I did not have such strong emotions in such neutral and distant (apparently) matters. Work on the mind, attitude, absolutely yes, and living here and now.
All this, however, does not exclude work on the Soul. It is a matter of balance in life so as not to neglect our matters and of the ability to spread everything out over time.
Fabian: when I go to work I have less time for such work. I also know that I still have to cook, clean, wash, sometimes meet someone, and here new intentions keep coming and it does not fill me with optimism.
And I stop emotions because I used to have excessive ones.
And they tired me energetically.
But I wondered how much sincerity there is in what I do, even in that last bow.
You know, sometimes I still react to my boss with body trembling and pounding heart and I try to control it.
Mirka: what does such thinking result from?
Fabian: I do not know.
Maybe lack of faith in myself.

I have read about these bows for perpetrators and rapists but I admit, somehow I still do not understand it. Because to me it unfortunately looks as if I were giving others consent for what happened. And I have already given various people too much consent for various things for which I should not have given consent. So how is it?

Yesterday as I lay there before falling asleep, I thought that I must write to you, that every day I feel how my mother says to me somewhere on an invisible level—“Without me you would not exist, because of me you are.” I do not know how to defend myself against this, because in some sense because of her I am here, because she lent me her body.
