Technical notes regarding the idea and sentence construction when working with intentions

“One-sentence template for intentions” Link

The word (–not) added while working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth speaking it also as its opposite—or even, during the process, independently finding and expressing any synonyms that come to mind, together with their opposites.

For example: for “being poor, being ill”, it is good to say it also together with its opposite:

  • being poor, being ill
  • not being poor, not being ill

This allows you to immediately “move” (activate, loosen) a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns—for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (in a given word).

Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. So adding the negation “not being a bad mother” may allow her to understand the state she is in:

  • being a bad mother
  • not being a bad mother

“Absolutely not—never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[—A Soul very often says or thinks about itself.]
