The word “(–not)” added in work with intentions to a given word means that it is worth saying it also as its opposite, or even independently—during the practice—finding and speaking any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example: “—being poor, sick” is good to say also with its opposite:
“–being poor, sick, –not being poor, sick.”
This helps immediately move a given pattern as broadly as possible, in different aspects, also in its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns—for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (in that given word).
Another example:
The soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. So adding the negation “–not being a bad mother” may allow her to understand the state she is in:
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother—
“–But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [The soul often says or thinks this.]
Intentions
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that by nature we constitute unity with the force that manifests in infinitely different forms: vibrations, regularities, colors, shapes, scents, and sounds of all creation; and that we are not separated from anything; and that the inner core of our being lives in inseparable unity with the Absolute, the unchanging omnipresent Being, whom we call God, who created all areas of relative existence and permeates them; and that this pure, unlimited Being is in its nature bliss—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that when the quiet, self-contained ocean of the Divine Being rises on waves of joy, the dance of creation begins—of which we too are a form of expression—and in which, among other things, through our/others’ subtle bodies and physical body we can participate on all levels—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that we lost the awareness of unity at the moment when we began to rely only on information reaching us/others through the physical senses and rational mind, thus forgetting our source and our Divine foundation; and that an apparent separation arose, which entailed a real experience of fear—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that by losing awareness of unity with God we lost the sense of inner fulfillment and security in life and began to seek it outside, where, however, longing for perfect fulfillment ends in repeatedly returning disappointment; and that this experience triggers fear of a new disappointment—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in this loss of unity, fear, and anxiety we forgot that we can never die, because death means only a measure (change) of outer form—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that fear always causes tension, contraction, or blockage, which in turn strengthens the sense of separation, causing further growth of anxiety; and that the way out of this vicious circle is the sole aim of almost all Eastern and Western spiritual systems—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that chakras are those “switches” in the energetic system of, among others, the human being, where fear-conditioned blockages most readily lodge, and further blockages are located along the nadis—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that persistently maintained blockages—among others in chakras and nadis—cause life energies to be unable to flow freely, and our subtle bodies are not supplied with a sufficient amount of what they need to reflect and sustain the awareness of unity—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that when the feeling of separation, abandonment, inner emptiness, and fear of death prompts us to seek in the outer world what we can find only in the inner core of our own being, we become dependent on the love and recognition of others, on sensual pleasures, on successes and possessions—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that things such as others’ recognition, love, sensual pleasures, and possessions, instead of enriching our life, become fillers of emptiness—and losing them, we suddenly face nothingness; and the previously muted feeling of fear threatens us again—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that when the muted feeling of fear speaks up within us, we assume that it is others who take away, remove, or have removed from us what we need for fulfillment and satisfaction—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, experiencing that we forgot—everyone forgot—that we have a common source in the Divine Being and on that level we are connected; and instead of loving our neighbors, we treat them like rivals and enemies—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—arriving, reaching the conclusion that we must protect ourselves, among others by not letting things close, avoiding certain people, situations, or information; and that we “hide our receiving antennas” so as not to expose ourselves to hurt, which causes another blockage and tightening of the chakras—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—having a strong need for recognition by neighbors or by their groups, to which we feel we belong or want to belong, and therefore being ready to steer our life in many areas according to the ideas of the people, souls, beings closest to us, or according to generally binding important social rules—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—adapting, adjusting, living according to others’ ideas, including those close to us; also adapting to generally binding social norms and rules, and thereby restraining our spontaneous feelings that no longer fit the frames, expectations, or consequences—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that restraining one’s spontaneous feelings is possible only when we contract the chakras so far that no uncontrolled emotions can penetrate this filter, which in turn causes an accumulation of energy in the respective chakra—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that an accumulation of energy in a chakra, because energies cannot be radiated in their original form, results in them becoming distorted; they break through the barrier and discharge in an improper way, among others as strong, often negative emotions or in excessive activity—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if energy is expressed in an improper way, e.g., through strong negative emotions or hyperactivity—such as happens with a yang-dominated reaction to a blockage—then new energies arrive and they can keep discharging in an improper way—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if, among others, a yin-type relation to a chakra blockage occurs, it expresses itself in a complete stoppage of energy, and its stream turns into a congestion, because there is no space for newly arriving energies; the result is deficiency of life force and weakness of expression of the respective chakra—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that we do not leave accumulated experiences behind with physical death, but take them with us from one incarnation to the next until we process them in the course of our development—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that unprocessed information and experiences largely determine the conditions in which we will be reborn / are reborn, which we unconsciously attract in a new life through a certain radiation of the emotional body—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in each life we already have, in childhood, the possibility of very quickly resolving our emotional structures, because in a newborn the whole energetic system is still highly permeable and open—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that an open and well-permeable energetic system in a newborn also gives a chance to fulfill one’s life, but this openness also means that the being is open to all vibrations and experiences, and thus to every kind of imprinting—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that a newborn cannot yet consciously shape its life nor relativize its experiences, and is fully dependent on the goodwill and care of adults—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that shaping the life of a newborn being is a great opportunity but also a great task for parents, guardians, and others—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that already in the mother’s body the beginnings of blockages can arise in the child’s energetic system if the developing life is rejected or the mother lives in a situation of constant stress; the fetus experiences and feels its world largely through the mother—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that a loving turning toward the little being introduces into its energetic system vibrations in which it will feel safe and healthy—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if the mother experiences the months of pregnancy as a happy period of fulfillment, she creates optimal living conditions for her child in which it can awaken its potential for happiness and creativity—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that a pivotal event in the life of every person is the moment of birth, and the course of birth can, under certain conditions, cast a shadow over the whole life and decide whether we will feel the world as a joyful and pleasant place or as unfriendly, loveless, and cold—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that at the moment the umbilical cord is cut, the child leaves the sense of perfect safety that provided it in the first months “on Earth” (in the womb) with a blissful state of timelessness and weightlessness, nourishment and protection—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that the little newborn being is prepared for birth and curious about the new world.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that natural childbirth, during which mother and child are not weakened by pharmacological agents, indeed requires much work and effort, but is not a shock for the child—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that separating the child from the mother directly after birth is something the child is in no way prepared for; and as long as it feels the familiar vibrations of the mother’s body and rests within her aura, it is ready, with full trust, to open to new experiences—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that bodily contact between mother and child directly after birth allows a deep bond to arise between them, called bonding—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that a stream of loving feeling and positive emotional energy flows from the mother to the newborn automatically and without conscious action and does not stop as long as her body feels the child, or at least as long as the child remains within her emotional aura; and this stream fills the “little soul” with trust and joy—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if fathers are present at the child’s birth and can touch and stroke the child, they build a deeper contact and more intuitive understanding with the child—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if the child is taken away from the mother after birth, it feels the pain of separation and loneliness; but if the mother consciously sends it her loving feelings and thoughts at that time, the contact is still maintained and the child is not completely cut off from the mother’s energies—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if the mother attends to something else or is tired or numbed by medications taken, this contact is broken and the little being feels its helplessness and powerlessness in an unknown, cold world; without the protecting, warm presence of the mother it feels completely alone—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that the experience of powerlessness after separation from the mother after birth is so overwhelming that the child’s energetic system as a rule cannot process the arising feelings of fear, and a deeply rooted imprint forms, the consequence of which is the first energy blockage—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that the blockage that arose after birth when there was no closeness between child and mother is marked primarily in the area of the root chakra—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that according to life rhythms in the light of chakra knowledge, in the first year of life the energies of the root chakra begin to operate; and among other things, besides absorbing the physical, material world—which in the normal course reaches its first peak toward the end of the first year—the most important thing at that time is creating the foundations of trust—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that primal trust, resulting from the foundations of trust formed in the first year of life, is the basis of the full and fear-free development of all humanly available possibilities—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that from the root chakra, through the kundalini force, the remaining energy centers are supplied with life energy; therefore a blockage in this chakra carries consequences for the entire energetic system—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that psychology considers the first year of human life the most important—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that at the time when the child primarily gathers experiences of the physical body, it needs bodily contact with the mother, and also, to a certain extent, with the father or another trusted person—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in the first year of life, in infancy, the child does not yet know the concept of time; and among other things, if it cries from hunger or loneliness, it does not know whether this state will ever end, and thus easily falls into despair—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if the child’s need is always satisfied immediately, trust grows in it that the Earth provides its children with everything they need to maintain the body and satisfy physical needs; and the child can open, on the physical and subtle level, to nourishing and protective energies that, among other things, Mother Earth has prepared for it—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that almost all indigenous peoples have knowledge concerning raising children; and among other things, women constantly carry infants until the crawling period, and even then pick them up whenever the children want, whereby these children cry very rarely and are early ready to take on social responsibility—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if mothers in the first year of the child’s life fully devoted themselves to it, setting aside their own needs, they would give the child the best potential for its whole life; and this investment pays off, because the automatic inflow of love and joy, triggered by continuous physical contact with the child, is for the mother a generous reward for the sacrifice—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if a child loses the feeling of primal trust, certainty, fulfillment, and safety, then as it grows it will seek them outside in the material sphere and will build relationships with things instead of people—beginning, among other things, with cuddly toys that replace human warmth and closeness; later the child wants ever new toys, sweets, and unconsciously searches for something that will eliminate the feeling of emptiness—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that many adults emotionally cling to professional position, social status, beautiful clothes, cars, furniture, their own home, and so on, in order to regain the feeling of certainty and fulfillment lost somewhere in childhood—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that experiences of inner safety and satisfaction cannot be provided by material goods—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in the second year of the child’s life a new thread appears: the growing child comes into contact with the energies of the second chakra, and then tender touch and stroking—alongside maintaining bodily contact—begin to have greater significance—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in the second year of life the child discovers its sensuality and more consciously expresses its feelings—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in the second year of life the contents of the emotional body transferred from a previous life slowly begin to emerge, and these are first elementary, basic emotional structures that the child experiences—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—experiencing that parents/guardians tried to impose / imposed on us/others a rigid way of behaving, which caused the restraining of emotions and their condensation in some form—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if a child learns to experience its emotions, accept their presence, and treat them playfully, it can in a short time resolve its entire negative emotional baggage; and among other things, experiencing that we were given such a chance—and conversely, that such a chance was not given to us/others—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that a two-year-old child does not adopt negative attitudes—something parents, educators, and others should know and do know—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if a two-year-old child is angry, it is only because one of its natural needs has not been met, and angry screaming and stomping discharge the blockage that arose and free the child from it—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that most parents have difficulty accepting a child’s emotional expression, among others screaming and stomping, because they themselves do not feel good with their own emotions—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that most parents love their child only for certain behavior—defined by them or expected—and thus convey the signal: “As you are, you are not good enough”—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that the child adopts from parents the attitude of judging, and because it does not want to lose their love, it removes the unloved parts of itself, which results in deeply-reaching energetic processes—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if, besides a judging attitude, there is a lack of sensual stimulation, a lack of primal trust arises in the emotional area and the sacral chakra becomes blocked—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that lack of primal trust in the emotional area resulting from blockage of the sacral chakra causes an adult whose chakra was blocked this way in childhood to find it difficult to accept and express natural emotions; and in order to feel something, the person needs strong sensual stimuli, and shows a tendency to treat others as objects that provide satisfaction—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that in the third year of the child’s life the possibility of contact with the energies of the solar plexus begins, and the child now wants to test itself as an independent personality; among other things it wants to know and begins to know its influence; and by repeatedly saying “no,” it tests what will happen—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that when a struggle for domination occurs between parents and child because parents believe they can raise the child only by imposing their will, this struggle reaches its first peak in the third year of life—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if in the third year of life the child does not feel loved and accepted along with its awakening personality, the energies of the solar plexus chakra become blocked—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—experiencing that parents/guardians restrain our/others’ developing, asserting, testing of influence, and objections by means such as beating, spanking, shouting, various punishments, and not only in that way; and our using such methods toward children as well—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if our solar plexus chakra (and through us, others’) was blocked in the third year of life, among others by feeling unloved and unaccepted, then as adults we/others lack the trust and courage to live our own life, shape it according to our own ideas, and also learn from negative experiences—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that if our solar plexus chakra (and through us, others’) was already blocked in the third year of life by, among other things, the feeling of being unloved/unaccepted by parents or close ones, then besides the lack of trust and courage to live one’s own life, we/others adapt to the environment or try to strictly control our world—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that we—especially my Soul—chose the conditions of our rebirth in the material world; and that by our (my Soul’s) choice we incarnated with specific parents in order to gather experiences our Soul wants and needs in order to develop toward perfection—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that few people found parents with so much deep understanding and so much selfless love that in their hands the last limiting structures of the emotional body melt away—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that because of the impossibility of getting rid of the last emotional structures in childhood, in this life our task and destiny is to develop in ourselves that full understanding love toward ourselves which will dissolve blockages and free the unloved, repressed parts of our soul—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
- Our—and through us others’—being aware, believing, promoting, experiencing that our parents—unaware of it—are our first masters in human life, who through their behavior point out our/others’ weaknesses in such a way that, due to pain and a sense of lack, we finally seek paths leading to regaining inner unity; later this task is taken over by others and life situations that we unconsciously attract, which serve as a mirror for those parts of the soul that we repressed into the shadow area of our psyche—and not only that—and our experiencing the effects of this.
