A Prayer Different From All Others

Body-pattern-intencion

1. Spine

Pattern:
Carrying excessive responsibility, being the “support” for others at the expense of oneself, living in the belief that one must not collapse, rest, or rely on anyone else. Rigidity, endurance, and loyalty stronger than contact with one’s own limits.

Intention:
I surrender to God the burden of responsibility that does not belong to me. I open myself to support and allow life to hold me. I accept my right to flexibility, rest, and being supported, in accordance with the rhythm and wisdom written into my body.

2. Intestines (Gut)

Pattern:
Difficulty digesting experiences, emotions, and relationships; holding on to what is indigestible; living in chronic tension and lack of safety. A compulsion to “cope with everything” without the ability to select or release.

Intention:
I surrender to God what I no longer need to carry or digest within myself. I learn to take in only what serves me and to release what exceeds my limits. I accept my right to relief, flow, and safety in being in the world.

3. Thyroid

Pattern:
Suppressing one’s voice, pace, and expression; living according to someone else’s rhythm; tension between the need to express oneself and fear of consequences. Energetic dysregulation as a result of long-term denial of one’s own truth.

Intention:
I surrender to God the fear of speaking my truth and being seen. I accept my right to my own pace, voice, and presence. I allow life to regulate itself in alignment with the rhythm that has been given to me.

4. Heart

Pattern:
Closing the heart as protection against pain, loss, and disappointment; conditional love; carrying emotions alone. Tension between longing for closeness and fear of being wounded.

Intention:
I surrender to God the fear of love and loss. I open my heart to feeling without the need for defense. I accept my right to relationships in which love does not wound and closeness does not require self-abandonment.

5. Nervous System

Pattern:
Permanent vigilance, living in a state of threat, lack of regulation and rest. A body trained to believe that calm is dangerous and control is necessary for survival.

Intention:
I surrender to God fear, tension, and the need for constant control. I learn calm as a safe state. I accept my right to soothing, regulation, and rest in both body and mind.

6. The Whole – Integration

Overarching Pattern:
Living in survival mode, loyalty to old protective strategies that are no longer needed, yet continue to govern the body, emotions, and decisions.

Integrating Intention:
I surrender to God the old survival patterns that no longer serve life. I choose a relationship with my body based on listening, rhythm, and trust. I accept a new way of being, in which the body no longer needs to shout or fall ill in order to be heard, and life can flow in peace, meaning, and wisdom — across all dimensions and all times.
