A Prayer Different From All Others

Building longer prayers — writing technique

Below I show how one of the prayers was created, written together with an interested person. We are not raised in a culture where sensible prayers are written easily. Sometimes a person can barely cobble together a few sentences—just as at the beginning of my spiritual development. An author can always consider their work perfect, but often it is simply literary mush. Sentences are too long and convoluted. Somewhere along the way the meaning of individual sentences gets lost.

We focus on the guiding thought. Here it is about a post-abortion prayer. However, I wrote similar joint texts with DB about cancer, or with another woman a prayer titled “my husband”.

The prayer describes, as best as one can, everything that is possible in a given matter.

  • The entire harmful past. This needs to be told sentence by sentence—each matter being handed over to God. We also describe—and ask for—what interests us most in this matter in the future and in the present moment. If someone has no money, they may have it someday, but they should also have it today. Now and here. We write like this in every matter, regardless of the guiding thought.
  • Forgiveness is directed where there is a sense of guilt. Forgiveness for oneself and for the soul if the guilt is not personally ours but comes from previous incarnations. For example, if a woman did not take money in exchange for sex but feels she is a “karmic prostitute,” she may be sensing her soul’s thoughts and its guilt. This has to be separated.
  • Forgiveness for those who harmed us.
  • A request to God for proper guidance.
  • We always write in the completed past tense, with a few exceptions when a thought simply cannot be expressed otherwise.

For this we only need the ability to write in the language. We build sentences as well as we can.

The final prayer written here could be a bit longer and include more side topics. As we work with the text, other separate threads appear, which it is sometimes good to separate out if they grow larger.

Regardless of how much time has already passed, a post-abortion prayer could look like this:

Request to open the heart
I handed over to You, God, all my sense of guilt for the abortion I had.
I handed over to You, God, all those who urged me to have an abortion.
I handed over to You, God, all those who performed the abortion procedure on my child.
I handed over to You, God, all the consequences of the abortion done to my child.
I am sorry, my child, for that abortion.
I am sorry, my child, and its soul, for interrupting—through abortion—the channel for its perfect expression in the manifested world.

The problem of guilt after undergoing an abortion is not only a women’s problem. You cannot imagine how men who ordered a woman to terminate the pregnancy and paid for it regret that decision. Years later they look at children or teenagers and tell themselves—strangely knowing exactly what the child’s sex would have been—“I would have a daughter that age,” and they cry terribly in psychotherapy, because they are usually so lonely.

I think these decisions to have an abortion are nothing other than an attempt to avoid giving birth to an avenger. Souls know exactly who wants to be born and what intentions they have toward the parents, and in this way they avoid bigger bloodbaths in the family. And these games of compassion and pity are the tricks of magicians; everyone has such karma, supposedly self-invented, so if those parents who had abortions have karma of attracting karmic enemies and avoid it this way, then one should leave it to them.

We can pass everything through the heart and only in this way hand it over to the Creator completely. A man’s guilt for an abortion can return in a female incarnation. In general, for both sexes, there may be unfulfillment as a parent: no offspring, no descendants, no royal heir.

  • Inability to give an heir to a ruler, etc.
  • It therefore affects a woman’s “usefulness” as a wife: “What use is a barren woman to anyone?”
  • Cancer / karmically / in reproductive organs or breasts.

Question to Sławomir Majda:
Can I use the prayer you posted above, and are there any special recommendations—how often should I pray (once a day, twice…?) and for how long (90 days, or until something “lets go” in me in this topic…?) and can I possibly expand it a bit…?

I am sorry now, my unborn children. I ask all of you and your souls for forgiveness.
I forgave all those who performed abortions when my soul intended to incarnate as their child.

I handed over to God, the giver of life, the physical pain of my body and all the pain of my soul after the abortion procedure.

I forgave all those who damaged my ovaries / uterus during the abortion procedure.
I forgave myself and my soul for not wanting to have our own children. I forgave all those who helped me make it real.
I forgave God for doing nothing to stop my abortion.

I forgave, for example, the rapist who…

I handed over to God, the giver of life, the physical pain of my body and all pains of my body after the abortion procedure.

Sure—take whatever you want from my side. Write your own feelings on the topic. It can even be 100 sentences of prayer; it’s your text. Describe the whole pain. If you send me the text privately, I can polish it a bit later. Try to involve the soul in this topic. You will cry—so cry until the grievances leave. Read it daily and not in the evenings, because you may not fall asleep. Observe also the dreams that come in God’s response.
**
Open, God—giver of life—my heart and my soul.
I handed over to You, God, all my and my soul’s sense of guilt for the abortion I had.

Below, I think this can’t be changed, but we’ll think of something together:
I handed over to You, God, all those who urged me to have an abortion.
I handed over to You, God, all those who performed the abortion procedure on my child.
I handed over to You, God, all the consequences of the abortion done to my child.

Sławek (later):
It’s already nice energy. Beautiful.

[erola’s draft prayer]

Sławek:
For today it’s good. Write further. Everything you want to say. It has to be in the completed past tense.

[edited, expanded version follows]

Expand the thread somehow: “I forgave my soul and its avatars for having performed abortions and miscarriages in the past in various ways—using wire, jumping, blows, etc.”
About the little child—write not that you “get rid of it to God,” but: “God, I handed over to You all my relations with the soul of that child, all our unresolved matters. Absorb them into Yourself; let good and love endure continuously in the relationship and between me, my soul, and the little soul of my child,” etc.

A side topic of abortion is a woman’s loss of breasts, e.g., through cancer. The left breast is the abortion of a daughter, the right of a son. The loss can appear at any time of life, even in old age, or in later incarnations of the soul as a result of:
– guilt?
– feeling unworthy to be a mother-nurturer, a fully valuable woman
– not deserving

I will gladly describe these issues with you in a separate file.
“I handed over to You, God—giver of life—all the effects of the abortions performed—therefore I ask for protection of my own breasts, ovaries, uterus, reproductive organs.
I handed over to You, God—giver of life—all the effects of the abortions performed—therefore I ask for cancellation of all lesions that could ever—due to abortions—affect me or my soul.
I handed over to You, God—giver of life—all the effects of the abortions performed—therefore I ask for cancellation of all threats to my own breasts, ovaries, uterus, reproductive organs.
I handed over to You, God—giver of life—all the effects of the abortions performed—therefore I ask for cancellation of all threats of losing my own breasts, ovaries, uterus, reproductive organs.”
Maybe you will expand this with a few sentences.

From a received letter: “I don’t know how you wrote so many prayers… I’ve been grinding mine for 3 hours, and after all it was already written…”.
