Cancer and Divine Mercy. A Prayer

God, please open my heart now.
I am a being of divine Love; therefore, together with my own Soul, we always deserve divine Mercy.
I know that together with my own Soul we were unable to honor God or Love—my Friend; yet today I understand that we always deserve divine Mercy and divine forgiveness.
It is true that together with my Soul we caused confusion—for ourselves and for other beings—and today I accept that we always deserve divine Mercy and divine forgiveness.
I accept that other people, that all other Souls, deserve divine Mercy and divine forgiveness just as I do.
Together with my Soul, we are worthy, willing, and ready to receive divine Mercy and divine forgiveness.

With humility in my heart, I now ask for divine Mercy and divine forgiveness in connection with the disease of cancer (and, for example, anticancer chemotherapy).
God, please guide me and my Soul always along a straight path—the path of Love and Mercy—and please do not lead us along a winding path, a path of pain, or a path of suffering.
