Contempt – a Liberating Prayer

Open now, God, my own heart to the experience of freedom from all contempt.
I have exalted God of creative Love, God of my Light, above all those who despised me and my Soul. I have completely forgiven my own Soul for the fact that it once despised my achievements and what I myself and its previous avatars achieved in the material world. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul held other beings, other Souls, in contempt.

I am grateful to You, God of creative Love, for opening my own heart, my Soul, my mind, and my personality to life experiences free from the vibrations of contempt, from all energies of contempt. I have completely forgiven my own Soul for despising me as a human being for my mistakes, errors, and for my once-inept expression of divine energies. I have completely forgiven all those who once despised my joy of existence, my joys, my successes. I have entrusted to God of perfect Love all those who labored in aversion toward me, toward my own Soul, toward my spiritual successes. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that I once despised other people and their lives as a priest, a high priest, as a teacher. I have completely forgiven all those who once despised my family, my acquaintances, my company. I have entrusted all these beings to God. I have completely forgiven all those who once belittled me and my Soul—who treated us as nothing.

I am grateful to You, God, Source of my inner radiance, for making me, my Soul, and my heart free from craving for contempt—free from despising and from being despised by others. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul despised others’ joy of existence, others’ joys, others’ achievements and successes.
I have completely forgiven all those who once belittled, oppressed, and humiliated me and my Soul. I have entrusted all these beings to God.

I do not need to impress God of the creative force of Love, nor those who once despised me and my own Soul. My Soul worships God of the creative force of Love, not those who once despised me. I am grateful to You, God of creative Love, for making my own heart, my Soul, my mind, and my personality free from intentions, habits, and needs of sustaining contempt toward other people, other Souls, and toward God of the creative force of Love. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul despised the companionship of God of the creative force of Love and His almighty support for us. I have completely forgiven all those who once despised my life.

I love myself wholly; I love my own Soul, and with my whole heart I give my Love to all those who once despised us. I have completely forgiven all those who despised me when my Soul strayed, lost in the material world. I do not need to worry or torment myself over what we have positively managed to achieve. I have completely forgiven myself for creating and forming intentions, expectations, plans, projects, and ideas that attracted into my life vibrations of contempt toward other people, other Souls, toward God of almighty Love.

I am well with God of bright Love, to whom I have effectively and permanently surrendered all my former attachment and craving for contempt toward myself and my Soul, and for contempt toward God. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul despised acquaintances and others’ company.

I am a righteous and pure being of divine Light, a being of divine Love; therefore I have left to God all those who once despised me and my own Soul. I know and understand that the Souls and hearts of those who despised us were created by God of the creative force of Love in the same way as my own heart and my Soul. I do not need to worry or burn with emotions because there are those who still wish to despise me and my own Soul. I am grateful to You, God, for making me, my Soul, and my heart free from the expectation of contempt and its negative effects.

I have completely forgiven all officials, police officers, and soldiers who once despised me and my Soul, my life. I have completely forgiven my own Soul for despising me as a human being for mistakes and errors committed by its own previous avatars incarnated in the material world. I have completely forgiven all kings, emperors, and rulers who once despised me and my Soul, my life and existence.
I have completely forgiven all priests, high priests, and teachers who once despised me and my Soul, my life. I always give pure Light and allow divine Love to flow from my own heart toward all those who once despised me and my Soul, and toward all those whom I myself once despised. I am well with God of bright Love, to whom I have effectively and permanently surrendered all my former attachment and craving for contempt toward myself, toward other people, and toward other Souls. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul despised the company of beings energetically and spiritually similar to me, beings with identical or similar capacities for the innocent expression of divine energies.

I allow myself and my Soul, protected by God Himself, always and everywhere, to receive the Light of divine Love directed to me through the hearts of all those who once despised me and my Soul. I allow myself and my Soul, always and everywhere, to receive the Light of divine Love directed to me through the hearts of all those whom I myself once despised. I have a lasting source of divine Love in my own heart—what need, then, do I have to sustain contempt within me? I have completely forgiven myself for the mechanisms of action that attracted into my life contempt toward other people, other Souls, toward God of the creative force of Love, and toward myself. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I and my Soul significantly lost the gifts and energies received from God of the creative force of Love—our natural talents and abilities—and that I diminished myself so greatly that others despised me and oppressed me and my Soul. I have completely forgiven my own Soul for despising my life here in matter and the lives of its other previous avatars. I am grateful to You, God, for making me, my Soul, and my heart free from generating contempt within myself.

God’s almighty pure Love for me always and permanently protects me and my own heart, mind, Soul, and personality from the negative influence of all those who despised me. I have forgiven all those who once taught me contempt for myself and for other beings, contempt for God of the creative force of Love.

I am grateful to You, God of creative Love, for making me and my Soul truly free from manifestations of egoism and craving that once sustained contempt for other people and other Souls within me. I am grateful to You, God of creative Love, for making me and my Soul truly free from all private interests and erroneous beliefs that once sustained contempt for other people and other Souls within me. I am grateful to You, God of creative Love, for making my own heart, my Soul, my mind, and my personality free from intentions, habits, and needs of despising myself and other beings. I know and understand that I continually bring divine Light and divine Love into the manifested world, being free from contempt for God and from contempt for other people and other Souls. My body, heart, and Soul are safe from the energies of all contempt produced in the world. Protected by divine Love, my joyful Soul and my happy personality do not accept the energies of contempt or its low vibrations at all. Contempt does not concern me and never was my true nature as a being of divine Light, which I truly am. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I despised other people and their lives as a king, an emperor, or as one who ruled others. I have completely forgiven my own Soul for despising the lives of other people, for treating the lives of other beings as nothing.

I know and understand that neither I, nor my Soul, nor my own heart are made of different clay than the hearts, Souls, and bodies of all those who once despised me. I do not need to worry about those who once despised me and my own Soul. I do not need to impress them. I have entrusted all these beings to God.

I am free from all fear of experiencing the energies of contempt and its low vibrations. I do not need to seek the happiness of those who once despised me and my own Soul. I have entrusted all these beings to God. I effectively realize the plan of God of creative Love; therefore I do not need to seek acceptance for my actions and my ideas from those who once despised me and my own Soul. I have completely forgiven myself for the fact that once I despised other people and their lives as a police officer, a soldier, or an official.

Love is free—I know this with absolute certainty—and I also know that contempt was something I once had to work to create. I accept that there may be those who wish to despise people, me, and the souls of other beings. I accept that this is their own issue—and it does not have to have any influence on me.
