The word (–not) added during intention work means it is worth mentioning the opposite or finding and speaking synonyms together with their opposites.

Example:
– being poor, sick – also say
– being poor, sick, – not being poor, sick

This allows a pattern to be moved in a wide spectrum, also in its opposite. Souls often claim they do not have such patterns.

Another example:
The soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. Adding the negation may help her recognize her state.

Being a bad mother, – not being a bad mother –
“Of course not, never! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[The soul often says or thinks this.]

My namesake Sławek made me realize in a discussion that a monk or a person who renounces everything and then stretches out a begging bowl for food or money simply feeds off society. It is just another version of a lord or lady who have no inclination to work themselves, while the surrounding population must, one way or another, work for them.
