I Accept Myself Where I Am Now. Affirmations
God, please open my heart.
I accept myself where I am now.
I allow my Soul to be here and now.
I allow myself to live here and now.
I allow myself, here and now, to be innocent and happy.
I accept my existence where I am now.
I have accepted what good I have achieved here and now.
I accept my wife and my children where I am now.
I accept my parents where I am now.
Where I am now, I accept God and His role in my existence.
I have accepted the failures, troubles, and catastrophes I once experienced.
Where I am now, I accept everything the Creator gives me.
I have accepted my possessions—what I have created here and now.
Where I am now, I accept the light, love, abundance, and joy of existence.

This prayer is difficult to work through, because it is hard to come to terms with the current situation; therefore, a great deal of resistance arises.

At times it is difficult to find oneself here and now. Both the Soul and the personality may have trouble accepting:
– one’s current gender,
– a relationship with a husband—because he is unfaithful,
– a wife—because she is unpleasant,
– children—because they are badly raised.
At first, every prayer or affirmation is merely a declaration. Through repeated use, treat it as a fragment of a greater whole—connected solely with grounding oneself and one’s Soul.
I create each of my texts as a tiny part of something larger. Regardless of whether a prayer concerns cleansing chakras, letting go of Buddhism, or reptiles, such an approach allows one not to focus on any single limitation, but to see it as part of a larger puzzle. Karma, blockages, and tensions dissolve in this way more easily and more quickly. Although I also remember that at the beginning of my own work, even Tibet took two painful years to release.
When we heal sexuality, without a comprehensive release of the military past, the effects will be negligible. Regardless of the nature of a given problem, its energy is rooted in the heart. And suddenly it becomes clear that to release just one issue, one must work through at least ten different and distinct prayers. One chosen text, one most beautiful prayer in the world that would resolve everything—simply does not exist.

And at the beginning of making changes, it is not known which blockage should be addressed first, because blockages certainly exist at every level.

Always start with the heart—it will guide further. Even people who are completely blocked after vows of renunciation should also begin with the heart. When light appears in it, changes “come like a thief”—imperceptibly.

Is the heart-opening prayer you provided sufficient?

Try it—there are also several other related ones. The most powerful is the longest text, 15 pages long, due to its scope. It is available on CD.
