The word (–not) added when working with intentions to some word means that it is worth saying it as an opposite, or even independently finding and speaking any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites
e.g. — being poor, sick it is good to also say it with its opposite
–being poor, sick, –not being poor, sick
This allows you to immediately move a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, also in its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think, claim, that they do not have such opposite patterns, e.g. that they are not idolaters as in a given case (a given word)
Another example
A woman’s soul denies having once been a bad mother. So adding here the word of negation – not being a bad mother may allow her to understand the state she is in
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–
“-No way, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter”. [–Nader often says or thinks the soul]

1. Our being those who turned away from God and got lost in the darkness of illusion, in idolatry
2. Our being incarnations, personalities of our Soul, who forgot God and do not seek His light and grace, among others through non-remembrance
3. Our participating in life without prayer to God, without repentance, without trust in the mercy of God
4. Our closing ourselves, closing ourselves off from the grace of God’s forgiveness, which could cleanse and heal us
5. Our attachment to earthly structures of pain, suffering, darkness, idolatry which are contrary to the will of God
6. Our getting entangled in sin, suffering and pain, from which we do not call to God for rescue, among others from which we are ashamed to call for rescue
7. Our manifesting a lack of readiness to place our life into the hands of God and acknowledge His guidance
8. Our being those who became an instrument of destruction instead of an instrument of God
9. Our being living denials of God’s order — disoriented, rebellious and separated from Him
10. Our experiencing spiritual freezing in which we do not hear God’s voice nor respond to His call, to which the Light does not reach
11. Our being beings who chose spiritual blindness and forgot that God is the only goal, mentor and meaning of existence
12. Our remaining unaware that every suffering can be transformed into its opposite by God, if only we place our life under His guidance
13. Our remaining in unbelief, in idolatry which cut us off from God’s grace and lead toward emptiness, perdition
14. Our silence toward God, which is like spiritual death amidst life
15. Our closing ourselves as beings, as incarnations, who do not want to know God, worship God, nor serve God with love
16. Our co-creating a history in which God’s presence is missing, and which leaves only the current and karmic echo of pain, suffering, darkness, downfall
17. Our being spiritually half-dead incarnations, personalities of our Soul, who do not pray, do not seek truth and do not call to God
18. Our manifesting and experiencing spiritual stubbornness that rejects God’s will and chooses paths of self-destruction
19. Our being those in whom God’s grace was wasted, among others through a closed heart, through a horned Soul, unconsciousness by decision
20. Our manifesting a lack of humility through which we do not recognize God as the only source of life and salvation, as the creator of everything around us
21. Our, by our own will, getting lost in spiritual nothingness, rejecting God and His Light, inspiration and God’s Plan
22. Our not recognizing God’s call, but choosing spiritual blindness
23. Our being distorted in every way by lies, pride and separation from God
24. Our ignoring conscience – the inner voice given to us by God
25. Our participating in a life that served darkness, because by defiling the light we remained silent toward the truth revealed by God
26. Our being incarnations, personalities of our Soul whose intention was twisted by fear, hatred or systemic oppression, instead of being rooted in the love of God
27. Our forgetting that we are from God, for God and toward God we are moving, and not toward self-annihilation
28. Our being stuck in roles that betrayed the will of God, although they were meant to be an instrument of His light
29. Our being beings who throughout life did not respond to any chance of awakening given by God
30. Our immersing ourselves in addictions, violence and darkness that pulled us away from God’s presence and mercy
31. Our spiritual falling silent, which made us inaccessible to grace and guidance by God
32. Our being beings blocked by heavy, low-vibrational energies that do not allow us to remember our divine origin
33. Our repeating destructive incarnations in which our Soul and we cannot fulfill the lessons entrusted to us by God
34. Our being those who do not know humility, do not know repentance, and do not know God
35. Our immersing ourselves in systems of illusion that build in us a false “self” incapable of manifesting, receiving and experiencing God’s light
36. Our spiritually closing ourselves in vessels that no longer have any opening for God’s action
37. Our being incarnations, personalities of our Soul that are like spiritual scars on the body of humanity – unredeemed, unforgiven, not given to God
38. Our experiencing spiritual downfall as incarnations, personalities of our Soul, who instead of co-creating the Kingdom of God strengthened the reign of darkness, idolatry, the reign of other Souls above God
39. Our remaining in the belief that there is no way out, although God constantly invites us to return
40. Our manifesting the belief and disbelief that even the most fallen incarnation, personality, Soul can be redeemed by the love of God
41. Being those who may be missing in God’s further Plans
