Life in Joy

I… always willingly manifest new, beneficial forms of behavior and develop positively without creating or attracting problems and difficulties. I easily direct my attention to the prompts and guidance of my Higher Consciousness, and thus I avoid all crises. I easily pay attention to everything my Higher Consciousness conveys to me, and in this way I avoid all crises. In every moment, I always create a perfect image of myself. In every moment, I joyfully manifest the perfect image of myself. I no longer need to create or attract problems or difficulties in order to initiate new beneficial forms of behavior or to develop positively.

I… always and everywhere joyfully and lovingly accept joy, happiness, and love. I… freely, quickly, easily, and lightly change for the highest good of myself and others. I… freely, quickly, easily, and lightly completely free myself from all unfavorable patterns and unfavorable vibrations. I… freely, quickly, easily, and lightly transform all my unfavorable patterns and vibrations into good, beneficial, and safe ones. I… freely, quickly, easily, and lightly introduce, manifest, and permanently ground good, beneficial, and safe patterns and vibrations in my life.

Always and everywhere I create friendly circumstances and events that support my development. I easily and lightly recognize my individual life path and God’s Plan for me. I easily and lightly walk my individual life path and realize God’s Plan for me. I… am always aware of the purpose of my life. The purpose of my life is determined by God and by my Higher Consciousness. I… always accept the purpose of my life. The realization of the purpose of my life as determined by my Higher Consciousness and God is always easy, simple, safe, and innocent.

I… always appreciate and accept the reason and cause for which I appeared on Earth in my own body. I… allow myself to change life plans when it serves the highest good of myself and others. I… can always safely and innocently change my plans when it serves the highest good of myself and others. When I change my plans and the ways of realizing them, I am innocent and safe.

With ease and lightness I find my own path and my own form in which I innocently and safely fulfill myself by realizing God’s Plan for me. With ease and lightness I realize God’s Plan for me and my own form in which I innocently and safely fulfill myself, building peace and manifesting love, joy, happiness, and bliss. In my past I easily and safely find myself with joy and love. I know that when I realize God’s Plan, my future is safe and happy.

I always easily change everything that does not reflect my vision of myself. I always easily change everything that separates me from realizing God’s Plan. With ease and freedom I walk the path of my destiny and allow God to always accompany me and support me. By realizing God’s Plan for me, I joyfully accept help and beneficial, safe support from God and all beings.

I always joyfully, lightly, and easily create and attract to myself what is consistent with my inner being and my energy. I always joyfully, lightly, and easily create and attract to myself what is consistent with God’s Plan for me. Each of my actions completes previous actions and leads me toward fulfillment and toward the highest good of myself and others. I become aware of all my own limitations and free myself from them easily and lightly. Easily and lightly I become aware of my own perfection, and through this I safely follow the path of joy, light, and love. In my life I always easily and lightly introduce changes so that it becomes easier, happier, and more joyful.

With ease, safely and freely, I resolve all situations with divine support and love. The world in which I live easily undergoes beneficial transformations based on the realization of God’s Plan and based on love.

I easily forgive those who once got under my skin. I am free from holding grudges, from nurturing resentment and anger toward those who once got under my skin. My energy is too precious and valuable for me to waste it on resentment and anger. I forgive all beings easily and lightly—this serves the highest good of myself and others. I forgive and at the same time show love to all beings. In this simple and easy way I heal not only myself but also those whom my love and forgiveness reach. I immediately feel the effects of these actions and I know that my future becomes free from negative patterns and negative vibrations.

I easily and lightly part with people and matters that I have fully accepted and loved. Yes, this is true. I no longer need to hold them close or feed and supply them with my energy. Easily and safely I free myself in my earthly life from everything I fed and supplied with my energy and that held me back in my development and in realizing God’s Plan. I easily free myself from people, matters, and views that I once hated or could not tolerate, that absorbed me. All of them, filled with my love and acceptance, gradually leave my life. In this way I gain space and more energy to receive from God everything better that God has for me.

I easily and willingly become free by accepting what I love. I free myself from my past by fully accepting it. I always remember the good aspects; I always understand the good aspects of my experiences. I no longer need to emphasize bad experiences and their consequences. I no longer need to develop through the negative consequences of my actions and experiences. The world is favorable to me and always cares for me—I understand this and fully accept it. God is favorable to me and always cares for me—I understand this and fully accept it.

My positive, joyful attitude toward my past and its acceptance is the foundation of my sober, positive thinking about myself and my future. My own past and my past actions have shaped me into who I am now, so I accept my past and accept myself as I am. What I do not like now, I change into patterns that serve the highest good of myself and others.

I always have a positive vision of myself and my future. I always have a positive vision of myself and view my life with distance. I always see my life and my experiences as a coherent whole, not as a series of random events and episodes. I look at myself—I see and understand my entire life and the role each event played in it. I continuously improve the quality of my life by expanding my understanding of the causes of events I encounter. Each day I develop joyfully and innocently, become wiser, and easily learn new ways of using my own abilities. All my experiences serve my self-fulfillment and the manifestation of my FULLNESS.

Moving toward light, love, and joy, I connect with beings who share my views. The realization of ideas and desires arising from love and the wish to develop and create good is easier when it is also close to other beings. With joy and love, the place of people to whom I previously devoted time without conviction and under pressure is taken by new acquaintances, serving the highest good of myself and others. I am completely free from comparing myself with others and from measuring myself against other beings.
