Listening with understanding, attentive listening – intentions for prayer

The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth expressing it as its opposite, or even independently finding and speaking any synonyms that come to mind along with their opposites.

Example — being poor, sick
it is good to also say it with its opposite:
–being poor, sick, –not being poor, sick

This allows you to immediately activate a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, e.g. that they are not idolaters in a given case (a given word).

Another example:
The soul of a woman denies ever being a bad mother. Therefore, adding the negation –not being a bad mother– may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–
“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [–The soul often says or thinks this about itself.]

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in real time, ever willingness and courage for conscious, attentive listening/perceiving of our interlocutor, the person speaking to us, communicating with us, conveying information to us, including children, husband, wife, sister, brother, father, mother, teacher, superior, a stranger… and not only, where this information is painful, शर्मful, unpleasant, difficult and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in real time, ever conscious, attentive listening and recognizing the meaning of gestures, body language, voice, tone, mood, emotions and not only of various people we see, talk to, and listen to, including children, husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, father, teacher, superior, a stranger… and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in real time, ever conscious, attentive listening and recognizing manipulation through words and images used by media, press, strangers, relatives and not only, intending to evoke fear, चिंता, compassion, codependency, intimidate us, lower our self-esteem, depress us, evoke guilt and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in this time and space, conscious, attentive listening, understanding, noticing emotions contained in speech, voice, body language, posture of the interlocutor, including children, husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, father, teacher, superior, a stranger… and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in this time and space, proper, good, true interpretation of unconsciously transmitted emotions, fears, anxieties and not only, through gestures, body language, tone of voice, behavior of other people, including children, husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, father, teacher, superior, a stranger… and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in real time, ever willingness and openness to noticing and recognizing a liar, manipulator, fraud who, through words, tone of voice, gestures, facial expressions, body language and not only, consciously wants to deceive us, mislead us, lead us astray, evoke negative emotions (anger, regret, compassion, fear, anxiety…) and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in real time, ever willingness, fear, courage, and lack of courage in noticing and recognizing a liar, manipulator, fraud, including children, husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, father, teacher, superior, a stranger… and not only, who through words, tone of voice, gestures, facial expressions, body language consciously wants to manipulate us, deceive us, mislead us, lead us astray, evoke negative emotions (anger, regret, compassion, fear, anxiety…) and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this

Our own, and through us others’, here and now, in this time and beyond time, conscious, proper recognition and understanding of the meaning and sense of spoken words, facial expressions, gestures, body language, energy in a given context, in a given situation, during conversation, communication with other people, Souls, beings, God and not only, and our own and others’ experiencing or not experiencing all the effects of this
