Technical issues concerning the idea and the construction of sentences when working with intentions

The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth expressing it as an opposite, or even independently—already during the process—finding and speaking aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example:
– being poor, ill
it is good to also say it together with its opposite:
– being poor, ill; – not being poor, ill

This allows a given pattern to be activated as broadly as possible, in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposing patterns—for example, that they are not idolaters, as in a given case (a given word).

Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies having once been a bad mother. Therefore, adding here the negation—
not being a bad mother—may allow her to understand the state she is in.

But how could that be, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”

  1. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens, including on the head, shoulders, back, and not only there, in order to effectively block / not block, limit / not limit—physically, energetically, spiritually—contact with God; to suffer / not suffer pain, fatigue / not fatigue, and not only that; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  2. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens, including on the head, shoulders, back, in order to block / not block, damage / not damage, destroy / not destroy—physically, energetically, spiritually and not only—the cerebral hemispheres, pineal gland, cerebellum, third eye, eyes, ears, sense of smell, the entire head, throat, thyroid, thymus, heart, and more, so as to block / not block rational thinking, clairvoyance, clear feeling, clear hearing; to dull / not dull, limit / not limit, exclude / not exclude all kinds of sensations and non-sensations, and in this way limit / not limit access to God’s gifts and contact with Him; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  3. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing, carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens on the head, shoulders, back, such as one’s own / not one’s own, foreign / not foreign possessions—physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and not only—and in this way having / not having a family, a home; being / not being a wanderer, dromedary, beggar, slave, free being; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  4. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens beyond one’s own or others’ abilities and strength, in order to permanently—physically, energetically, spiritually, and not only—damage / not damage, block / not block, destroy / not destroy posture, skull, cervical vertebrae, the entire spine, shoulders, joints, skeletal and muscular systems, and not only these, to feel / not feel pain and suffering, and in this way be / not be disabled, suffering, crippled, unhappy, poor, limited; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  5. Our—and through us others’—being / not being imprisoned, enslaved, and forced to carry physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens beyond strength, continuously or with breaks, without rest or with rest, in total enslavement, voluntarily or involuntarily, without or with the possibility of regaining freedom, such as in mines, quarries, at heights, in highly rarefied air, underground, in extreme cold or heat, so as to be / not be totally dependent on gods, demigods, Asuras, people, souls, and others, and be / not be powerless on the edge of life and death; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  6. Our—and through us others’—enslaving / not enslaving, imprisoning / not imprisoning people, souls, beings, and forcing / not forcing them to carry, transport physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens beyond strength or not beyond strength, in total or partial enslavement, without air, without sun, in darkness, in excess sun, underground, at heights, in extreme cold or heat, and not only in such conditions, in order to feel / not feel power over life and fate of people and souls, to earn / not earn more money, to possess / not possess unlimited power over all; and our—and through us others’—experiencing this.
  7. Our—and through us others’—forcing / not forcing pulling / not pulling, pushing / not pushing, lifting / not lifting, transferring / not transferring physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens beyond strength or not beyond strength, in order to feel / not feel like a mighty, invincible being, to have / not have unlimited or limited power, to dominate / not dominate others—people, souls, beings, creations—arousing / not arousing fear, respect, admiration, terror, hatred; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  8. Our—and through us others’—taking / not taking upon ourselves others’ or not others’ physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens in order to be / not be accepted, liked, respected; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  9. Our—and through us others’—mortifying / not mortifying ourselves by carrying / not carrying others’ or not others’ physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens in order to have / not have a reason to blackmail / not blackmail others and force / not force their submission, to be / not be indispensable or needed for their life; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  10. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing our own or not our own physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens onto others in order to feel / not feel free, unpunished / not unpunished; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  11. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens such as stones, wooden or metal beams, in order to suffer / not suffer for others, to incur / not incur physical, energetic, spiritual injuries—joints, muscles, bones, and more—to be admired / not admired, to evoke / not evoke respect, devotion, adoration, to be worshipped / not worshipped as a messiah, savior, and the like; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  12. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens on the head, shoulders, neck, chest, waist, such as wooden, stone, metal sculptures, images, and representations of gods, demigods, messiahs, living gods, and others, thereby worshipping / not worshipping, exalting / not exalting them, seeking / not seeking their favor, giving / not giving them reverence; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  13. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens such as images, medallions, engravings, tattoos representing gods, demigods, Asuras, messiahs, sons of God, in order to be / not be distinguished, honored / not honored, to arouse / not arouse respect and envy; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  14. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other symbols, signs, tattoos, images of deities, gods, demigods, Asuras, messiahs, sons of God received / not received in rituals, initiations, and not only them; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  15. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other burdens—symbols, signs, images of gods, demigods, Asuras, messiahs, sons of God—on ourselves / others in rituals, initiations, and not only them; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  16. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and other insignia of power such as crowns, tiaras, wreaths, helmets, scepters, golden apples, rings, swords; wearing / not wearing cloaks, animal skins, armor; thereby taking / not taking authority as duty or service, being / not being dependent on it; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  17. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing insignia of power—crowns, tiaras, wreaths, diadems, helmets, chains, cloaks, plumes, bones, skins, rings—on ourselves / others as a symbol of taking / not taking the burden of power, and thereby being / not being worshipped, exalted, loved, hated; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  18. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing insignia of power as a symbol of giving / not giving the burden of power to oneself or others, being carried / not carried on hands, backs, shoulders, in litters and the like, thereby transferring / not transferring one’s own or others’ physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic burden onto others; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  19. Our—and through us others’—inventing / not inventing, designing / not designing, producing / not producing, promoting / not promoting, selling / not selling all kinds of equipment—harnesses, straps, bags, backpacks, frames, chains, hooks, litters, vehicles—that enable carrying / not carrying, pulling / not pulling, pushing / not pushing ever greater burdens of one’s own and others; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  20. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying, pushing / not pushing, pulling / not pulling weapons—rifles, cannons, ammunition, spears, bows, armor, helmets, shields—in order to contribute / not contribute to killing, inflicting pain and suffering on oneself and others; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  21. Our—and through us others’—eating / not eating in excess, overeating / not overeating, to be / not be fat, massive, large, thereby carrying / not carrying constant heavy weight, suffering / not suffering, being / not being unhappy, admired / not admired, loved / not loved, evoking / not evoking contempt, pity; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  22. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying on hands or arms those we love / do not love, respect / do not respect, worship / do not worship, thereby taking / not taking others’ physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic burdens upon ourselves; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  23. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying burdens of all kinds as a drug / not a drug, as addiction / not addiction, as unconsciousness, hypnosis, and similar states; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  24. Our—and through us others’—placing / not placing, carrying / not carrying a stone instead of a heart, to be / not be sensitive, resilient / not resilient, hard / not hard, ruthless; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  25. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic stones on the heart, thereby feeling fear, uncertainty, certainty, worry, anxiety, dependency; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
  26. Our—and through us others’—carrying / not carrying physical, energetic, spiritual, karmic scars, wounds, symbols—embedded sharp objects such as spear fragments, arrows, bullets, hooks, severed limbs—as symbols / not symbols of bravery, courage, sacrifice, initiations, submission, power, and the like; and our—and through us others’—experiencing the consequences of this.
