The word “–not” added to some word while working with intentions means that it is worth expressing it also in its opposite, or even finding and saying aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example — when saying: being poor, being sick, it is good to say it also with its opposite:
–being poor, being sick, –not being poor, not being sick.
This allows you to move a given pattern as broadly as possible, touching different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns — for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (in a given word).
Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies ever being a bad mother. Therefore, adding here the negating form — not being a bad mother— may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother“—Oh, absolutely not, never in my life! These are certainly not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [—The Soul very often says or thinks this about itself.]
I give to God the manifestation of the Praying Mantis patterns — my own, ours, and through us others’ — for all reasons and by all means, both visible and hidden, asking to be freed from all consequences of being one who invalidated men, rejected their existence, role, life, and love.
- I give to God all my, our, and through us others’ actions consisting of destroying, exploiting, karmically consuming, or energetically “eating” men, as well as everything that in this incarnation or in former realms brought me benefit, power, a sense of strength, or security at the expense of other beings.
- I give to God all my patterns of loneliness arising from abusing the energy of the Praying Mantis — loneliness deserved, undeserved, chosen, karmically imposed, or ancestral — and I accept the Divine possibility of building relationships without violence, domination, and fear.
- I give to God all my actions in which I removed men, partners, lovers, husbands, lineages, sons, the male line of life from the space, as well as all the consequences of incarnations in which I created a world without men.
- I give to God all programs, seals, codes, and symbols of the Praying Mantis hidden in my body, energy, sexuality, soul, DNA, cellular memory, lineage, and karma, which led me to struggle, domination, distrust, control, or fleeing from intimacy.
- I give to God all my, our, and through us others’ intentions of limiting men’s lives — in relationships, marriage, sexuality, creative energy, well-being, or health — conscious and unconscious, astral and physical.
- I give to God all my successes, benefits, and reinforcements resulting from mantis behavior — karmic, astral, sexual, energetic, and social — as well as all places in which I treated men as prey, a resource, nourishment, an object, or an element of my own power.
- I give to God all my oaths, commitments, agreements, and initiations — ours and through us others’ — leading me into the destructive Praying Mantis pattern, as well as all connections with beings, deities, energies, and entities that strengthened this pattern.
- I give to God all my fears of relationship, intimacy, surrender, trust, co-creation, and family, which originate from the Praying Mantis space, from past incarnations, from the astral, from the lineage, or from my own soul decisions.
- I give to God my entire sexuality tainted by mantis-like abuses, domination, aggression, control, or rejection — and I ask for the Divine restoration of purity, balance, gentleness, and sacredness between woman and man.
- I give to God all my places in which I treated men as a threat, intruders, opponents, or victims, and myself as the one who “must survive” at the cost of their life, energy, love, or presence.
- I give to God all my patterns in which I was bigger, stronger, more powerful, superior, or unquestionable toward men — and all places in which I drew satisfaction, pride, or a sense of superiority from this.
- I give to God all the consequences of incarnations in which I was a Praying Mantis woman — physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, karmic, and ancestral — as well as everything I continue in this life.
- I give to God all my actions toward men that were inspired by the Praying Mantis pattern: manipulation, seduction, possession, cutting off, destruction, domination, taking away energy, freedom, or dignity.
- I give to God all my places in which I treated men as “material for strengthening myself” — physically, energetically, sexually, or spiritually.
- I give to God all my, our, and through us others’ connections with astral groups, beings, and energies that supported my mantis behavior, as well as all their influences, suggestions, prompts, and inspirations.
- I give to God all the effects of my mantis behavior, which are: loneliness, lack of a partner, lack of security, fear of intimacy, sexual tensions, inner conflicts, loss of power, or an excess of power too heavy to bear.
- I give to God all my beliefs that a man must be “defeated, broken, dominated, or neutralized” for me to feel safe.
- I give to God all my actions — ours and through us others’ — in which I punished men for old pain, past traumas, ancestral wounds, or karmic injustices, not knowing that I was repeating the same cycle that wounded me.
- I give to God my hidden Praying Mantis symbols and all spaces in which they become attractive, needed, or useful.
