Template for writing your own texts
While browsing various internet forums, I came across people who, for up to 7 years, have been asking others to provide affirmations that could break their negative thinking and behavioral patterns.
This usually concerns a specific area, such as relationships, money, or health.
We can create our own text using a simple template.
All we need to do is insert our own problem, defining it as precisely as possible—and suddenly, instead of one affirmation sentence, we have an entire page.
Working with a single sentence produces different results than working with 20–50 sentences on the same topic.
Below are several sets for your own reflection. Not all sets or sentences can be used in every prayer.
