Buddhist Exchange Mantra. Prayer
I wrote it in 2002, mainly in order to free myself from the karma of Tibet, from what was bound and blocked within me by the will to actualize the Bodhisattva vows
The mantra recorded on a CD and repeated many times brought the expected exchange
Open my heart, O God
Prepare me now, God of my heart, to receive You as You truly are. I always love without limitations and I am always loved, and therefore I renounce experiencing suffering, pain and misfortune
In exchange, I accept Your friendship, O God, Your Love, Divine joy, Divine light
Teach me, God, my friend, to manifest and actualize Your Love, Your joy and happiness in every moment of my life
Through Your Love, O God, free me now from experiencing poverty and give me now Your boundless spiritual wealth, financial wealth and material prosperity
Through Your Love, O God, free me now from experiencing destitution and give me now Your Divine abundance
Through Your Love, O God, free me now from experiencing indigence and give me now an abundance of money, awareness of wealth and a sense of prosperity
Through Your Love, O God, free me now from experiencing illnesses, disabilities, all diseases and ailments, and please give me now Your Divine health, Your boundless Love and Light. Through Your Love, O God, my Friend, free me now from helplessness, powerlessness and hopelessness, and please give me now Your Divine power, Your Divine strength, vitality and an abundance of energy
Through Your Love, O God, free me now from unconsciousness, confusion and intoxication in life, and please give me now in exchange clarity of thought, the gift of speech, and enlighten me with Your light
Open for me, O God, the windows of heaven, open now, O God, my heart, my Soul, my mind, my chakras, and may Your Divine Love, Your joy, Your immeasurable wealth, Your Divine abundance, God’s grace, Your Divine gifts and God’s blessings for me now pour over me

The Dalai Lama said: “I visualize them and draw their ignorance, prejudice, hatred and pride into myself. I do this with the strong feeling that if I ever later hear about these atrocities, the intensity of my own negative feelings will be reduced to the point at which it ceases to exist.” The Dalai Lama says that he practices the exchange meditation – Tonglen – every day, and especially toward Chinese officials who kill Tibetans
(S.M.) The Dalai Lama does not seek knowledge about the price his Soul will pay in subsequent incarnations for drawing negative energies into himself. After drawing in the energies, they remain within him and this becomes an unpleasant experience. Sathya Sai Baba acts similarly, drawing negative energies into himself and also saying about himself that he is God
