Guilt and Punishment – Intentions to Be Worked Through

1. Our own/other people’s, for all causes, breaking all prohibitions, commands, norms, guidelines, recommendations, hypnosis, trances, orders, laws, religious orders, traditions, Divine will, other people’s will, our own will, including by modelling ourselves on others, as well as our own/other people’s greedily using, enjoying, exploiting all Divine abundance, riches, pleasures and not only, including among other things because of curiosity, nosiness, lack of knowledge, unawareness of the consequences of such actions, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
2. Our own/other people’s experiencing, manifesting resistance, rebellion, among other things, toward the effects and consequences of our own/other people’s abuses, breaking laws, norms, guidelines, recommendations, hypnosis, trances, orders, prohibitions, commands, Divine will, the will of others, including rebellion against these consequences, as well as making us/others aware of our own/other people’s limitations, and also rebellion against these limitations and rebellion toward what, through our own/other people’s actions and creations, we created, brought into being for ourselves and for others, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
3. Our own/other people’s experiencing, manifesting, holding, possessing, among other things, feelings of guilt, including those instilled in us/others, programmed into us/others by others, as well as the desire and wish to punish, to punish ourselves/others for our own/other people’s breaking of laws, religious orders, norms, guidelines, recommendations, hypnosis, trances, orders, prohibitions, commands, for breaking Divine will, other people’s will, our own will, for all abuses, for curiosity, nosiness and not only for this, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
4. Our own/other people’s blaming of ourselves, my soul, our entire being/others and being blamed by ourselves/other people, souls, beings, existences, creations and not only, as well as our own/other people’s punishing ourselves/others and being punished by ourselves/others, and also our demanding, insisting upon, requiring, among other things, punishment for ourselves/others for all breaking of laws, Divine will, other people’s will, our own will, norms, guidelines, recommendations, hypnosis, trances, orders, prohibitions, commands, as well as for all abuses in using abundance, riches, gifts, graces and not only, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
5. Our own/other people’s faith and belief that for all, among other things, wickedness, defilement, wrongdoing one must suffer punishment, and that punishment, penance is suffering, pain, sadness, despair, powerlessness, helplessness, loneliness, longing, destitution, fear and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
6. Our desire, wish, compulsion to experience from our own hands and the hands of others, among other things, all punishments, suffering, limitations because of feelings of guilt, blaming us/others for our own/other people’s wrongdoing, wrong choices, all decisions, for abuses, pride, greed, nosiness, curiosity and not only, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
7. Our own/other people’s greed for our own/other people’s, among other things, suffering, pain, misfortunes, all punishments, among other things for the purpose of quickly doing penance for all wrongdoing, our own and other people’s sins and not only, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
8. Our own/other people’s feelings of guilt, blaming us/others, punishing us/others, being punished by ourselves/us/others, demanding, insisting upon, requiring punishment for us/others for all our own/other people’s faults, sins, mistakes, including the sins of the first parents, the sins of ancestors, in all genders, the sins of our own/other people’s relatives, parents, children, husbands, wives, loved ones, friends, social groups, tribes, circles, swarms, nations, fellow believers and not only for this, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
9. Our own/other people’s feelings of guilt, blaming us/others for all, among other things, punishing [rewarding] ourselves/others in every possible way, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
10. Our own/other people’s attracting toward ourselves/others all punishments, penance, as well as waiting for punishment, penance, pain, suffering, deserved according to us/others, and also our fear, anxiety and rebellion against them and the renewed feelings of guilt and blaming us/others [rewarding] arising from them, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
11. Our own/other people’s waiting for us/others to suffer punishment [receive a reward] for everything for which anyone blamed/blames [rewarded] us/them and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
12. Our own/other people’s possessing, holding, manifesting, including through lack of knowledge, unawareness, blockages, all INP, codes, programming, programs, burdens, including among other things our own, imposed upon us, programmed into us by others, taken over by us from others and not only, concerning blaming us/others for, among other things, our own/other people’s lack of knowledge, for mistakes, abuses and for their absence, for breaking Divine will, other people’s will, our own will, for original sin, for origin, race, gender, nationality, denomination, religion, poverty, destitution, suffering, fraud, manipulations, theft, killing, suicides, betrayals, wealth, prosperity, excess, possessing money, property, for their absence, for knowledge, talents, for their absence, for beauty and its absence, for having a family and its absence, for the past, present and future, for rebellion, resistance, downfall, for faith and its absence, for Love, for lack-excess of Love and for anything whatsoever, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
13. Our own/other people’s constantly blaming ourselves/others for anything whatsoever and in connection with this, among other things, automatically requiring, demanding, among other things, punishment, penance, revenge, reward, including through our own/other people’s suffering, pain, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
14. Our own/other people’s experiencing suffering, helplessness, powerlessness toward our own/other people’s suffering, illnesses, misfortunes as an effect, consequence of our own/other people’s blaming ourselves/others and requiring punishment [rewarding] for faults, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
15. Our making ourselves/others aware that as long as we/others judge, blame ourselves/others, we/others will continue to experience all punishments, suffering, misfortunes, distinctions and not only, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
16. Our forgiving ourselves/others everything for which we blamed ourselves/others, including among other things for freeing ourselves/others from suffering, pain, punishment, misfortunes [rewarding], as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this
17. Our being guided in life, in existence, by Love, understanding, forgiveness toward ourselves/others, and our freeing ourselves from tendencies, habits, needs, intentions, programs, codes, patterns of blaming, accusing, judging ourselves/others for anything whatsoever, from requiring punishments, [rewarding for suffering], from all revenge and not only, as well as our experiencing all the consequences of this

The word (–not) added to a particular word when working with intentions means that it is worth mentioning its opposite or even, during the work itself, independently finding and expressing any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example—being poor, ill—it is also advisable to say it together with its opposite

—being poor, ill, —not being poor, ill

This makes it possible immediately to move a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including in its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idolaters, as in a given case or with a given word.

Another example:

A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the word of negation here—not being a bad mother—may enable her to understand the state in which she finds herself.

Being a bad mother, —not being a bad mother—

My Soul was a little nervous, writhing while lying on the floor. I surrendered them while praying and crying. First I heard that nothing would come of it, and then a good word about my future. To whom should I bow?Sławomir Majda: As usual, to the victims of your actions to whom you owed anything, and to the perpetrators of your misfortunes. God knows their list, it is enough to ask.I did the Guilt and Punishment intentions again; after each one, images of people appeared with whom I immediately performed the bow and the Judgment of God. It was a marathon, with every Soul I had a different conversation, different emotions, different images. There was a great deal of emotion, crying, forgiveness and liberation. It was exhausting, but very creative and healing. I think I will do the Guilt and Punishment intentions for the third time; there will probably be new surprises to heal. The subject of these intentions reaches to the very roots of entanglements.
