Stakhanovite – intentions for contemplation/prayer
Developed by Sławomir Zgłobicki
A Stakhanovite in the USSR and other socialist countries was a participant in the labor-hero movement (named after its official initiator, miner Alexey Stakhanov).
- Our being/not being all kinds of, among other things, Stakhanovites, workaholics, and not only—those who have no moderation in, among other things, work, life, including working with intentions, surrendering patterns to God, because they want everything ideally yesterday, already, now, quickly, faster, and not only; also in life—because it has to be now, it cannot wait, “what do others know if they’ve only worked on this for 20 years :)”, and for all other causes and reasons known to You, God—and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our winding ourselves up/not, getting hyped/not like someone eager for crumbs, to do/not, accomplish/not everything now, immediately, all at once, because there is no time, because time has legs and keeps chasing us, and for all other causes and reasons, and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our falling/not into, among other things, trances, neuroses, stress, and more, as a result of our constant/not winding up/not, hyping ourselves/not to do everything immediately, now, right away, and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our hyping/not, winding up/not into action, into doing, as a result of what someone told us, what we heard/not from someone, read/not in an article, saw/not in a film—as if the fate of the world depended on it right now and without our intervention everything would collapse—and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our being/not manipulated in so-called good faith, but not only, by people who hype/not, wind up/not themselves and others around their views and “truths” for their own and others’ benefits, and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our inability/not to satisfy/not our needs because it is never/not enough for us; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our experiencing/not constant lack, rush, emptiness—and despite the fact that God, spouse, child, other people, souls, beings give us much, it is still never enough for us—and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our falling/not from one extreme to another and lack/not of moderation in, among other things, life, professional work, working with God, and not only—resulting in experiencing/not, among other things, herd mentality, rat race, striving to be the best in everything due to ego, karma, karmic patterns causing such reactions, behaviors, patterns, and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our pushing/not ourselves to the limit in everything we do, to have things quickly, ideally yesterday, and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.
- Our acting/not quickly in, among other things, prayer, meditation, working with intentions, out of fear that we won’t make it in time and it will be too late for changes—because, among other things, a war will/won’t break out, the world will/won’t change, and we will be “in deep trouble”—and not only; and our unwillingness/not, inability/not, impossibility/not, resistance/not, lack of will/not to surrender/not, entrust/not all of this to You, God, so that You may do with it what You deem appropriate, and our and others’ experiencing/not of the consequences of this.

The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth expressing it also as its opposite, or even independently, during the process, to find and speak any synonyms that come to mind along with their opposites.
Example:
— being poor, sick — it is good to also say it with its opposite:
—being poor, sick, —not being poor, sick—
This allows one to activate a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns—for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case.
Another example:
A woman’s soul denies ever having been a bad mother. So adding the negation —not being a bad mother— may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, —not being a bad mother—
“—No way, never in my life! Those are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[—Very often a soul says or thinks this about itself.]
