When working with intentions, adding the word “not” to a particular word means that it is worthwhile to mention its opposite as well, or even, during the process itself, to find and speak aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example:

being poor, being ill

It is also beneficial to express this together with its opposite:

being poor, being ill; not being poor, not being ill

This immediately allows the given pattern to be addressed as broadly as possible in its different aspects, including through its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not possess such opposite patterns—for example, that they are not idolaters in a particular case or with regard to a particular word.

Another example:

A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the negation—not being a bad mother—may help it understand the state in which it finds itself.

Being a bad mother; not being a bad mother

“Of course not, never in my life! Those are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”

This is what a Soul very often says or thinks about itself.

  1. our own and, through us, others’ searching, seeking, and looking around for Jesus as our own and others’ comfort, our own and others’ dearest Saviour, and even as a god, including searching and looking around for him and even calling out to him always or not always, including at home, outside the home, at work, in life, in action, in temples, churches, in the heart, in the astral realm, in heaven, in every other place, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  2. our own and, through us, others’ regarding, treating, perceiving, and seeing Jesus as our own and others’ dearest Saviour, most sacred joy, deity, God, as well as the Comforter of our own and even others’ Souls, and not only this, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  3. our own and, through us, others’, including my Soul’s, being troubled, saddened, abandoned, and burdened with great sorrow when Jesus, among others, is not beside us or others, when we have lost him, when he is not with us or others, when we do not feel or see him, when we search and look for him, and accordingly when he is present, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  4. our own and, through us, others’ being healed of all distress, despair, sorrow, and not only these when we or others succeed in finding Jesus, meeting him, seeing him, feeling him, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  5. our own and, through us, others’ feeling pain and anguish in the heart, as well as experiencing our own and others’ hearts sighing in anguish while searching for Jesus, looking for him when we lose him, when we lose sight of him, when he moves away from us or others, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  6. our own and, through us, others’, including my Soul’s, remaining in anxiety and living in constant tension until becoming united with Jesus, as well as waiting for such a union in order to free ourselves from anxiety, constant tension, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  7. our own and, through us, others’ dreaming of having many wings, and even one hundred thousand wings, in order to fly over mountains, forests, and rocks to where beloved Jesus is, so as to remain and be with him constantly, and not only this, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  8. our own and, through us, others’ calling out, screaming, falling into hysteria and despair when we lose Jesus, when he disappears from our field of vision, when we lose sight of him, as well as our immediately searching and looking for him, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  9. our own and, through us, others’ regretting, despairing, and feeling guilty when we lose Jesus, when he disappears from our sight, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  10. our own and, through us, others’ calling out to Jesus and summoning him to us and others so that, among other things, he may remain beside us and others, may be a comfort to our own and others’ Souls, may heal us and others of all pain, including the pain connected with his absence, and may assist and help us and others with our own and others’ burdens and torments connected, among other things, with life without him and accordingly with him, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  11. our own and, through us, others’ being convinced and believing, as well as promoting, that we love Jesus, that we wish to love him, and that he should come to us and others at the time of our own and others’ death, and not only then, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
  12. our own and, through us, others’ being enslaved by Jesus, being in love with him, loving him idolatrously, worshipping and adoring him, treating him like and as God, being blinded by these feelings, as well as being blinded by the desire to be with Jesus always and everywhere; accordingly being placed and placing ourselves and others into various states of trance, hypnosis, self-reproducing trances, and similar states; accordingly possessing mechanisms and programs connected with these which deprive us and others of sober thinking and awareness, enslave us and others, make us and others powerless idolaters, and not only these, as well as our own and others’ experiencing the consequences of this
