Zodiacal Sun. Prayer

I do not practise astrology or study the movements of the planets. However, because of Edgar Cayce’s readings, I considered it necessary to heal my relationship with this sphere. By using the power of the spoken word, we can express what does not resonate with us and what may be inspired by the influence of the solar system upon the Soul. In this way we may surrender to the Light the consequences of the Soul’s former mistakes which, having been recognized, God has chosen to bring into the Light.

In many of my texts I gradually surrender my entire Being to God—for example, my DNA, chakras, aura, and all my energies. Since there are influences and movements above our heads in the earthly heavens, I desire to be free from any negative influences that could cause harm.

Cayce advised one individual:

“Since these are only lights, they merely serve as a candle so that a person does not stumble while walking in darkness. One should not focus on the light of the candle itself, but rather on where it may lead you in your service. Thus, the vibrations of numbers, metals, or stones are merely influences necessary for achieving harmony with the Creative Forces; just as the sound of a sung prayer is neither the song itself nor the message it carries, but an aid given to those who find strength in serving the Lord. Therefore, use them to attain harmony. You ask, ‘How?’ When you ask for guidance, you will learn what the next step should be.

[Should this person wear certain stones, and how would they receive their message?]

Yes, if they are stones. But how is this known? They do not send messages! They merely attune the self so that it may receive the message—the divine inspiration. Listen not for messages from a stone, a number, or even a star, for they are nothing more than servants of the Lord and Master of all that exists—even of you!” (707-2)

It is important that a person reflect upon the influence vibrations have upon his or her life, because vibrations are life itself in every aspect. The nature of one’s vibrations is the record of one’s existence. Toward what aims and ideals are these vibrations directed? This is revealed in one’s actions and in the people and events one attracts as circumstances or experiences. If someone notices within themselves a tendency to question certain relationships or circumstances, it may indicate the beginning of a genuine spiritual search.

Often this will be granted to you when you pray, withdraw into solitude, or enter the depths of yourself, and your Father, who sees what is hidden, will openly reward you. Once you attune your inner being to those vibrations—the pathways necessary for the development of your own Soul—you receive your reward, granted through those very vibrations, because they are one. Although, in worldly or material terms, they may appear highly unreal, from the ends of the Earth to the beginning and end of time, the vibrations that speak the truth of the Creative Forces are one. When properly attuned, they unite people of the same spiritual resonance, for they are all of one Spirit. They are different expressions of the same Creation, like sparks moved by the same force, for each is a particle of that original Creative Energy—God. (2842-2)

Please, God, open my heart.

I have returned freedom to all solar deities, including gods such as Ra, Surya, Shamash, Helios, Inti, Sol, and Svarog.

I have accepted that the material and energetic Sun supports the other planets and the vibrations of the entire solar system, and therefore also supports forms of energy different from my own.

I have accepted that the material and energetic Sun is the primary source of energy and therefore has a profound influence upon vitality, the sense of individuality, and the ability to achieve the fullness of existence.

I have forgiven the fact that my Soul and I once used the energy of the Sun in destructive ways.

I have accepted that the material and energetic Sun strengthens such positive qualities as ambition, confidence in one’s own character and actions, inner security, and the fulfilment of God’s plan.

I have accepted that the material and energetic Sun brings about the integration of the various elements of my psychophysical structure so that each of them may function in excellence.

I have accepted that the material and energetic Sun influences the direction and character of my development, providing the “fuel” that enables me to attain the highest degree of self-realisation in life and the fulfilment of God’s plan.
