Our kneeling, including at various confessionals and not only there, as well as in various other situations, and while sitting, standing, lying down and otherwise, and our confessing, discussing, recounting and explaining, including to ourselves, to God, to our fellow human beings and not only to them, our own and other people’s sins, offences, transgressions, codings, defilements, errors and more, including by telling the whole truth and correcting it, stretching it, including before and in the presence of priests, confessors, God the Giver of Life, the Holy Trinity, deities, goddesses, living gods, Asuras, gurus, saints, angels, archangels, divine mothers, ŁK, ŁCH, witches, mantises, monks, Souls, my Soul, Jesus and not only them, as well as various people, Souls and others, of every rank, level, significance and gender, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
2. Our greeting all PSBBE, acquaintances, family members and others, as well as priests, members of religious orders, monks, bishops and others of every rank, level, significance, size and gender, including with the words “Praised be Jesus Christ”, “And Mary ever Virgin”, and our responding to such and other greetings, including “For ever and ever, amen” and not only in this way, as well as our greeting and praising in various other ways and through various contents, thoughts, words and deeds, including by giving evidence of our faith, cult of particular figures, fanaticism, reverence and, accordingly, idolatry and more toward gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, deities, goddesses, divine mothers, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Jesus, sons of God, messiahs, prophets, saints, angels, archangels, gurus, demons, witches, mantises and others of every rank, level, gender, significance and size, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
3. Our, during various confessions, general confessions, their equivalents and otherwise, confessing, listing, omitting and “forgetting” our own and other people’s sins, offences, transgressions, codings, defilements and more, including in embarrassment, confusion, with lowered heads, with or without courage, with or without dignity, while counting on their forgiveness, remission and absolution by God, as well as by priests, confessors, members of the clergy, laypeople, deities, goddesses, living gods, Asuras, gurus, sons of God, including Jesus and not only him, the Holy Trinity, and other people, Souls and others of every rank, level, significance, size and gender, and our experiencing the effects of this
4. Our, during various confessions, confessing, admitting and telling various people and Souls, including confessors, as well as God and not only them, various facts from our lives, secrets and mysteries, including those concerning our various fantasies and sexual lives, errors and more, and our simultaneously seeking advice and asking what we should do, how we should act and otherwise in these and all other aspects, as well as our own and other people’s giving and listening to all kinds of guidelines, commands, methods of action and conduct intended to enable us to be saved and otherwise, coming from God, priests, confessors, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, saints, divine mothers, sons of God, including Jesus, and all kinds of people, beings, Souls and others of every rank, gender, significance, size and level, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
5. Our accepting and performing various penances, prayers and acts of reparation assigned to us during various confessions, afterwards and otherwise by priests, confessors, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, saints, sons of God, including Jesus and not only him, divine mothers, and even by God and others, including in the form of performing various holy, proper and, accordingly, idolatrous acts, prayers and actions, as well as by taking upon ourselves various crosses, crowns, wounds, sufferings, pains, illnesses, misfortunes, misery, poverty, torment and more in order to compensate for our own transgressions and the evil we have committed, and also to show everyone how much we suffer and how much we regret all these sins and more
6. Our, as various confessors and others, giving, assigning and inventing for all people, Souls and beings, and other people’s giving and inventing for us, various methods, ideas, instructions, guidelines and more concerning our own and other people’s proper and rightful penances, acts of reparation, contrition for sins, compensations, punishments, lives, actions and more, which are accepted and carried out as reparation for our own and other people’s sins, transgressions, idolatry, acting as gods, guilt, evil and more, as well as our implementing them in our own and other people’s lives and otherwise, and our experiencing the effects of this
7. Our forgiving and absolving ourselves and others of our own and other people’s sins, transgressions and more, as well as their being forgiven by God and by sons of God, including Jesus and not only him, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, saints, archangels, divine mothers, witches, mantises, ŁK, ŁCH, and by all people, beings and Souls, including various confessors, priests, saints and holy persons and others of every rank, level, gender, significance and size, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
8. Our own and other people’s regretting our own and other people’s sins, transgressions and more in various ways, including by beating our breasts, doing penance, lying prostrate, kneeling and otherwise, as well as by saying “through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault”, and by expressing other contents and in other ways, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
9. Our believing and promoting that all beings, people and Souls of every rank, level, gender, significance and size, sons of God including Jesus, deities, goddesses, gods, living gods, Asuras, gurus, divine mothers, saints, the Most Holy Trinity, angels, archangels, priests, prophets and others, as well as God, supposedly possess the power and ability to forgive, erase and absolve our own and other people’s sins, including as a result of various confessions and otherwise, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
10. Our preparing and making ourselves ready in various ways for various confessions and the confession of sins, including to various priests, confessors, all kinds of beings, Souls, people and others, as well as to God, through examinations of conscience, analysis of our own lives, conduct and more, as well as our writing down and creating various lists, catalogues, registers, inventories, books and more containing our own and other people’s sins, transgressions and errors intended for erasure, removal, forgiveness and otherwise, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
11. Our thanking and rejoicing in various ways for and through various acts of grace, mercy, remission of sins, transgressions and more coming from all Souls, beings and people who absolve us, including priests, from God, and from sons of God including Jesus and not only him, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, saints, the Most Holy Trinity, angels, archangels and others of every rank, level, gender, size and significance, including by bringing relief and facilitation to us and our fellow human beings, but also, accordingly, various manifestations of idolatry and more, and our own and other people’s experiencing the effects of this
12. Our resolving, promising and swearing to improve our own and other people’s deeds and lives, to convert and otherwise, before all people and Souls, including priests and others, before God, and before sons of God including Jesus, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, saints, divine mothers and others of every rank, gender, significance, size and level, as well as our keeping these declarations and resolutions and our experiencing the effects of this
13. Our, in various ways, including during various confessions and otherwise, asking and striving to have various penances, acts of reparation and punishments assigned and allotted to us by all beings, Souls and people, including priests and others, as well as by sons of God including Jesus, deities, goddesses, gods, demigods, Asuras, gurus, saints, divine mothers, mantises and witches of every rank, gender, significance, level and scope, and our undertaking to carry them out and fulfil them as a path to our salvation and otherwise, and our experiencing the effects of this

Our compelling and encouraging others in various ways, and our own, during various confessions and otherwise, kissing the hands, feet, garments, monuments, sculptures, images, lingams and creations of various people, deities, gods, divine mothers, goddesses, priests, sons of God and others, and our experiencing the effects of this

The word (–not) added to a particular word when working with intentions means that it is worth mentioning it together with its opposite, or even independently finding and saying any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites while working through it

For example — being poor, ill — it is also good to say it together with its opposite

–being poor, ill, –not being poor, ill

This makes it possible to immediately and as broadly as possible activate a particular pattern in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idolaters, as in a particular case or with a particular word

Another example:

A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the negation – not being a bad mother – may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself

Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–

“Certainly not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [A Soul very often says or thinks this about itself]
