Every positive transformation always begins with the heart.

Every effective change in our attitudes, ingrained negative habits, and even a return to health should begin in the heart—and ultimately, if it is to come into being, it must begin there.

This happens because aka cords (a term from Huna), together with all foreign energies, become attached to the heart. Only releasing them, surrendering to the Creator every such cord and every attached intention or blockage, can cause the energy that maintains those harmful entanglements within us to disappear.

– On the nape of many people’s necks we can find energetic implants. Yes, they can be removed, but the root of each one is connected to the energetics of the heart.

– A prostitute defiles herself through her own work, through drugs, through drinking alcohol excessively, or through the semen of many men. She has given her heart to that work. Just as a doctor or nurse gives their heart to their profession, so every other person who performs work as a vocation gives their own heart to that work and to its results.

– Karma such as SS karma, white-astral karma, or idolatrous karma has its root in the heart. The barbed wire that wraps around people with SS or Gestapo karma always ends in the heart.

– Do you want to synchronize the hemispheres of the brain? Then begin with the heart—not with the hemispheres. For the beginning of every path to healing is in the heart.

– The duties of carrying out various missions have a karmic basis. Usually these are: the need to change others, to teach them, missions of being the savior of the world, and the like. When beginning the path of, well, a “savior of the world” or a missionary of any cause, let us begin it from our own heart. There let us seek the reasons and conditions because of which we desire to change another person and their way of life. At the same time, one should surrender to God the intentions concerning carrying out missionary activity, and so on.

– A person ill with HIV, or for example with cancer, once—even in the distant past—set aside a place in their own heart for some heavy patterns of behavior and, as a result, attracted illness. A virus or cancerous growths always have their place in a specific organ of the body, other than the physical heart. Yet it is in the heart that all reasons, causes and anchors of illnesses, relationship problems, financial troubles, and the like are energetically grounded. It seems logical that we should not assign the heart to anything other than Love and the joy of life, nor “take anything to heart.”

We know this phrase, impressed upon us from the youngest years: “take it to heart—and do it…” Among other things, precisely these elements should also be handed over to God, asking, now as a mature human being, whether “this matter… should be in my heart?”
