The word “–not,” added when working with intentions to a particular word, means that it is worthwhile to mention it together with its opposite, or even independently find and speak aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example:
— being poor, ill — it is good to say this also together with its opposite:
— being poor, ill; — not being poor, ill

This allows a given pattern to be addressed as broadly as possible in its different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposing patterns; for example, that they are not idolaters in the given case or word.

Another example:
The Soul of a woman denies having once been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the word of negation — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself.

Being a bad mother; — not being a bad mother —

“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[This is what a Soul very often says or thinks about itself.]

  1. Our holding, concealing, and feeding within ourselves, within our Soul and being, feelings and energies such as anger, hurt, and grievance; including causing various blockages to arise in our body and energies, blockages which effectively inhibit the flow of divine Light and life energies, which cause various tensions and unconsciousness, including in relationships or interactions with other people, beings, and Souls; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  2. Our accepting that forgiving ourselves, as well as other beings, for every harm, suffering, and hurt is an effective way of freeing ourselves from all negative emotions and from the energetic blockages connected with them; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  3. Our persistently holding on to the sense of harm, injustice, and hurt, thereby causing that, despite even the greatest determination and desire, we are unable to forgive truly and therefore unable to free ourselves from blockages, limitations, and the destructive burden of emotions; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  4. Our accepting that the various harms done to us by others could have been, or were, our lesson in humility, a form of making amends to others, and also an opportunity to heal our karma and the earlier harms that we ourselves caused to others, including those beings who later hurt us; and our and others’ experiencing the consequences of this;
  5. Our maintaining an unwillingness to forgive other beings and thereby continuing to enter into struggles with them, creating an endless chain of mutual entanglements and increasing the level of aversion toward those beings as well as toward ourselves; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  6. Our sustaining an emotional burden of various low emotions, energies, and patterns, including pain, aversion, hatred, a sense of grievance, and hurt, and our continuing to feed upon them, thereby blocking our own energies and life space instead of bringing all of this to God, the Giver of Life;
  7. Our praying to God, the Giver of Life, and asking Him to settle every dispute with various beings, Souls, and fellow human beings, while expecting that God will take our side and prove that we are right, including so that we may continue our old patterns, such as those arising from military burdens or Adult Children of Alcoholics patterns; including treating ourselves and others in the categories of winner and loser; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  8. Our having within our being various repressed emotions and feelings, including pain, anger, hatred, guilt, shame, and aggression; and our experiencing that, in various interactions with other beings, these burdens are projected, resulting in our experiencing irritation and pain because we see in others what we ourselves have repressed; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  9. Our accepting that certain emotions evoked in us by various beings and our interactions with them may be precisely those that demand healing; and correspondingly, because of our burdens and sense of hurt, our expecting that other people — including those who harmed us — will deal with the problems hidden within us, so that we may indulge in a sense of victory and satisfaction at those beings humbling themselves before us; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
  10. Our manifesting and holding resistance, aversion, and a lack of openness to fully forgiving, in the Light of God, the Giver of Life, all beings and Souls who have ever harmed us, including even our greatest enemies; and our and others’ experiencing all the consequences of this;
