Forgiveness, Love, Light — Exercise

I stand with my arms extended out to the sides. My hands are raised to the height of my heart, with the palms facing upward.

At the beginning, I direct a request to God to open my heart.

While looking at a photograph, for three to five minutes I say: “Forgiveness, Love, Light.” During the course of an hour, I repeat this several times.

I work in this way with a photograph of a sick person, an unconscious person, a person who is hostile toward me, or any other person. As a result, what he does — whether he is an enemy or ill — ceases to be important. What becomes important is what I do for him. A photograph is not an essential element, but it makes contact with another being easier and more intense.

By focusing on my own heart, on a particular chakra, or on a sphere of manifestation, I perform the exercise for myself.

I have been doing this exercise for only three weeks, for myself and together with others. I also work with photographs of people with whom I have some unclear matters in my relationships. In various versions, “Light, Love” appears together with joy, health, abundance, happiness, innocence, safety, and so on.

From the beginning, I have felt enormous tension from the Soul and its search for Light. It finds old texts for me containing the word “Light” and selects appropriate thoughts that direct my attention toward Light.

Once, the Soul of a woman I knew visited me and said: “There is so much light in you, yet you search as though there were none in you at all.” Only now, after a year has passed, am I truly seeking it.

I used this technique in work with a girl raised without a father, and also with a child who had psoriasis.

“Spirituality” is a word that often appears without any apparent cause when I work with the words “Light, Love.” Therefore, I add it as the third word.
