Harmony of Two Open Hearts
When I consciously received an energy transmission of Love from another being for the very first time, I felt it in my heart. The transmission came as a response to my inner call directed toward someone: “…where are you?”
The second time, someone else directed toward me the energy of a great, radiant heart, carrying with it a certain message. At that time I was only a passive recipient, unaware of what more could be done or how it could be done.
After several years of practice, I now gladly and easily direct the energies of an open heart toward others myself. Sometimes I send them horizontally, straight ahead; on other occasions I send them upward through the chakra channel, asking that they be delivered to a specific recipient.
Few people are willing—and few are able—to respond. Yet there are individuals who are conscious of this energetic transmission, who can see it and feel it, and from them I receive an energetic response in return.
What takes place then I can only describe as the harmony of two open hearts.
The exchange of energy in both directions lasts for a short while, usually about 30 to 60 seconds.
When I initiate it, the other person may be occupied with something entirely different—talking with someone, driving a car, or doing something else. Even so, the return transmission toward me takes place spontaneously, wherever that person happens to be at that moment.
The flow of energy should be unconditional. It should resemble greeting someone from a distance—only through the heart, without words and without any mutual expectations.
I do not perceive this harmonizing as being connected with sexual harmony or with any expectation of sexual intimacy.
On the physical level, because the experience has become familiar through repetition, there are no extraordinary emotional highs.
Rather, there appears a pleasant sensation in the region of the heart and the heart chakra, together with something even more valuable to me—the awareness that another being is directing unconditional love toward me.
Without speaking, I silently wish that person well, and I know that the other being holds the very same energies toward me, regardless of time or place.
Always and everywhere.

Try not to transmit the energy of the heart in that manner.
It may seem obvious, yet not everyone knows how to do it correctly from a “technical” point of view.
