God, please open my heart.

Light, I admit that together with my soul we have lost our way and cannot now perceive a path out of being entangled in… (a situation, a relationship with…). Therefore I beg You, God, show us the way out of the entanglement in which we now find ourselves (situation, relationship with…), so that we may not become lost in darkness and ignorance.

I ask You, Light, show me and my soul, through my heart, a bright, safe, and pure path out of becoming entangled in… (a situation, a relationship with…).

God of creative power, I beg You now erase all my intentions, habits, and needs that caused us not to perceive any path out of being entangled in… (a situation, a relationship with…).

God of creative power, I beg You now erase all my knots, karmic crosses, and missions that caused us not yet to perceive the way out of being entangled in… (a situation, a relationship with…).

Because together with my soul we still do not know what should be done, I ask You now, God, grant us full, clear, and understandable knowledge of how we are to leave the entanglement in which we now find ourselves (situation, relationship with…).
