The word “(not–)” added during work with intentions to a given word means that it is worthwhile to mention it also as its opposite, or even independently, together with any synonyms that come to mind and their opposites.
For example — being poor, sick — it is good to also say the opposite:
— being poor, sick, — not being poor, sick
This allows the given pattern to be moved as broadly as possible at once in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns — for example, that they are not idol worshippers in a given case (in a given word).
Another example:
The soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. So adding here the negation phrase — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, — not being a bad mother —
“— Of course not, never in my life! Those are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[— Very often this is what the soul says or thinks about itself.]
- Our own and others’ believing/not believing, promoting/not promoting the idea that forgiveness may be sweet, but revenge, retaliation, vendetta are even sweeter, and thereby our own and others’ expecting/not expecting and striving/not striving to taste revenge
- Our own and others’ expecting/not expecting, watching/not watching, and striving/not striving to taste revenge, to reach that moment when we will be able to laugh directly in the faces of our enemies, oppressors, opponents, people, souls, beings who once harmed or humiliated us
- Our own and others’ believing/not believing, promoting/not promoting, and realizing beliefs according to which the best revenge upon our opponents is our personal success, spectacular success, victory, or achievement that will irritate and anger our enemies, those who wish us ill, who harmed us, caused suffering and humiliation to us, various people, souls, beings, and more
- Our own and others’, for the purpose of revenge, expecting/not expecting and striving/not striving for such justice/not justice that those who got under our skin finally suffer, become ruined, humiliated, or degraded in various ways
- Our own and others’ expecting/not expecting returning karma that will come back to those who got under our skin, and that the law of karma will cause them some or much suffering or unpleasantness, including according to our understanding of justice/not justice
- Our own and others’ accepting/not accepting and understanding/not understanding that taking actions in anger and in a trance of revenge is like a fool setting sail during a storm
- Our own and others’ believing/not believing, promoting/not promoting that carrying out punishment or retaliation, including acts of revenge and more, and even being/not being certain and convinced that such actions will/will not improve our or others’ mood and allow us to forget the problem, gain peace, satisfaction, relief, a sense of justice, and more
- Our own and others’ being/not being convinced, and convincing other people, souls, and beings about the supposedly beneficial, favorable, cleansing effects of revenge, retaliation, vendetta, vengeance, and more
