I Have Surrendered the Keys to Other Hearts and Souls. A Prayer

For many years, I dreamed that I could not meet someone. I would arrive at the place where he lived, yet he was never there. Finally, there came a dream in which I was going to return the keys to his heart. The keys had fanciful little umbrellas attached to them as decoration.

Keys to hearts: do you remember to whom your Soul once gave them, and whose keys it may still be keeping hidden?

I now surrender to You, God, all keys and lock picks to the hearts, Souls, and energies of other beings that my own Soul and its avatars once kept. Please receive them, so that no one may gain access to them. I reclaim my freedom from the role of a keeper of keys who opens other hearts, other Souls, and minds. I am grateful to You, God, that You have made me free from the intentions, habits, and needs of keeping keys and lock picks to other hearts and other Souls. I am grateful to You, God, that You have made me free from the unconsciousness that caused me to keep keys and lock picks to other hearts and other Souls.

I never again need to open other hearts or other Souls, nor do I need to close them.

I have accepted that only God, through His Love, has the right to open my heart and act within its space.

God, please now take back from other beings and other Souls all keys and lock picks to my heart, my energies, and my Soul — the keys that other beings may still possess. I have accepted that only God, through His Love, has the right to open the hearts of other beings and act within their space.
