My Love Is for Everyone – Exercise

Write down a list of ten people whom you consider your enemies, or who are openly hostile toward you. You probably understand that each one of them has a Soul. Therefore, do not address only the physical person you know, but speak personally to that person’s Soul using the words below.

You will be heard, and your message will reach its recipient. You may also begin to notice changes in your mutual attitudes.

Adam ……. and his Soul deserve the fullness of my unconditional love.

Ewa ……. and her Soul deserve the fullness of my unconditional love.

Marek ……. and his Soul deserve the fullness of my unconditional love.

Elżbieta ……. and her Soul deserve the fullness of my unconditional love.

After completing the list of enemies:

Almighty God deserves the fullness of my unconditional love.

My mother ……. and her Soul deserve the fullness of my unconditional love. (Father, daughter, relatives.)

All people and their Souls deserve the fullness of my unconditional love.

I practiced these affirmations together with the exercise from Article 137 regarding my relationship with my neighbors. Years of hostility and mutual resentment changed completely—both in me and in them. Now we talk to one another, and we even work together for the common good. Things are good now, and the atmosphere is warm—I can hardly believe it.

For a long time I wanted to transform those relationships, but I didn’t know how. I came to understand that I also needed to let go and take the initiative myself.

Most importantly, there is now peace between us.
