A Prayer Different From All Others

Unworthiness and freeing oneself from it — intentions for inner work

Much is said about unworthiness and strengthening it within oneself by many religions and many of their priests. According to similar criteria, anyone who does not wish to awaken unworthiness within themselves, who does not affirm it, supposedly holds false views about God and His expectations toward people. How it truly is, is worth asking God Himself, surrendering to Him for verification one’s own and others’ views on this matter. These intentions were compiled by Małgorzata Krata, based on knowledge drawn from conversations with religious people and from religious literature.

  1. Our own and through us others’ manifestation, creation, maintenance and combating of various forms of unworthiness, humiliation, lack of self-worth and more, as well as our degrading ourselves, putting ourselves down and likewise others, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  2. Our being treated by all souls, people, including God, as well as through various events and facts from our lives and existence, in such a way that various trances and feelings of personal unworthiness, humiliation, lack of self-worth and more are evoked, maintained and created within us and others, together with the need to degrade ourselves, put ourselves down and likewise others, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  3. Our being worthy, deserving and ready to receive divine love, divine support, divine abundance, and various graces flowing to me, my Soul and my whole being from God and also from other beings, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  4. Our acceptance that God forgives us and others all faults and transgressions, even the worst ones, when we apologize, and likewise our belief that certain things cannot be forgiven except through redemption in various ways, including through suffering and more, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  5. Our being worthy and deserving of acceptance, appreciation and respect from ourselves, as well as from God and other people and souls, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  6. Our being omitted, overlooked, placed last by and for God and other people and souls, also within family, work and home, and always being the worst one, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  7. Our being open, closed off, and our rejecting, withdrawing or withholding various graces, gifts, love, light and healing directed toward us by God, including because of our feelings and manifestations of unworthiness, undeservingness, lack of readiness, being a miserable and defiled being filled with faults, stains, mistakes, foolishness and entanglements, and likewise because of wanting nothing from God, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  8. Our allowing or resisting positive, creative and joyful changes in our lives and existence and all that God wishes for us, because of our own unworthiness, lack of readiness, undeservingness and more, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  9. Our being convinced or uncertain that it is impossible for God to forgive us so easily for everything we have done, our mistakes, offenses and sins, and because of such beliefs rejecting divine gifts and divine love while believing that there is some trap or hidden hook within them, including from God, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  10. Our always being the worst, worthless, overlooked, always last, the final one to whom God pays attention, helps, supports or loves, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  11. Our believing that God constantly watches, observes, analyzes and judges us, catching every flaw and mistake in order to check whether we are worthy and deserving of divine help, support, love and grace, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  12. Our being loved by God, and our belief that it is impossible for God to love us because of our unworthiness, undeservingness and being like the prodigal son who lost everything, wasted it all and strayed so far from God that there is no return, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  13. Our being such a being that always has things bad with God, is always under scrutiny, always has an uphill struggle and must labor greatly through various actions in order to appease, persuade and reconcile God toward us because of our feelings of unworthiness and undeservingness, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  14. Our being unworthy and undeserving of divine help, grace, divine love and divine light because of the feeling within myself, my Soul and my being that we are reservoirs of sin, stains, defilements and transgressions, because of the heavy karma we created and more, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  15. Our belief and conviction that because we were once beings of darkness, satanists or infernal beings, we are unworthy and undeserving of divine help, love, divine light and divine graces because we once supported darkness and blackness and entangled other beings, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  1. Our belief that since various souls, people and beings do not want to forgive us for transgressions once committed against them, then God also cannot or does not wish to forgive us, and that God waits until we somehow appease our victims, and therefore we remain unworthy of divine help, support, love and grace, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  2. Our belief and conviction that because we once created, supported and promoted white astralism, various flames, idolatry, self-deification and more, we do not deserve or are not worthy of divine help, support, love and grace, including because other beings still remain entangled in conditions to which we contributed, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  3. Our belief and conviction that because of our karma, including military entanglements, prostitution and once being — or even now being — tyrants, despots, deviants or sociopaths, we cannot go to God, become enlightened, even under divine responsibility, because of our unworthiness, unreadiness and undeservingness, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  4. Our keeping near ourselves and remaining under the influence of various people and souls who constantly remind us of and throw in our faces our entanglements, bad past, guilt, sins and transgressions, thereby strengthening us in the belief of our unworthiness and undeservingness of anything good, and thus pulling us away from God and from enlightenment in this incarnation, and our experiencing all consequences of this.
  5. Our harassing God and other people and souls so that they forgive us, without apologizing to them and to other victims of our actions.
