Two Hearts Meditation

“The Two Hearts Meditation” is a short yet exceptionally powerful energetic prayer. It works immediately.

If people knew how powerful it is and used it regularly for the benefit of themselves and others, we would, before long, have Paradise on Earth once again.

The prayer should be recited three times, with three-minute intervals between each repetition.

This is followed by a 30-minute break, after which it is repeated three more times, again with three-minute intervals.

After another 30-minute break, repeat the prayer once again.

During the breaks, simply attend to your normal daily activities.

“May God’s Heart bless {insert the name of the person you wish to bless} with tender, gentle, and unconditional love.

May {name} experience great joy, happiness, and the Peace of God.

May the blessing of mutual understanding, harmony, good intentions, and the willingness to fulfill them descend upon {name}.

Thank You in advance, Lord God, and may it be so.”

God, please open my heart now.

God, please let this prayer take place in accordance with the highest good of myself and of all others.

“Please, may God’s Heart bless {insert the name and surname of the person you wish to bless} with tender, gentle, and unconditional love.

Please, may {name} manifest and experience great joy, love, happiness, and the Peace of God.

Please, may God’s blessing of mutual understanding, harmony, pure intentions, and the willingness to manifest them descend upon {name}.

God, please make {name} and me completely free from all foreign influences, foreign programming, foreign interference, free from all imposed attachments, cords, networks, and imposed thought-forms.

Thank You in advance, Lord God, for Your Divine support and protection, and may it be so.”

If, before beginning the meditation, we ask that it take place in accordance with the HIGHEST GOOD, there is no possibility of overloading ourselves with energy or making a mistake, because the Divine Light will oversee the entire process with complete certainty.

This meditation is also highly effective when praying for the previous incarnations of one’s Soul.

In such a case, simply say:

“…for myself, for my Soul, and for all of its previous incarnations.”

It is equally suitable for praying for the good of all people and their incarnated Souls on Earth, as well as for all astral beings. If we also include egregores in the prayer, it may become a powerful prayer for peace among nations.

Everyone has the right to experience such beautiful energies within the heart and the blessings that flow from them.

When praying for a larger group, we may also say:

“…on behalf of all humanity.”

We may immediately experience a positive and powerful Divine response, manifested as an influx of Light and spiritual energy.

This is a simple practice in which the problems we experience almost instantly become small and distant. As our perspective changes and what once seemed overwhelming becomes merely a manageable difficulty, we discover that every small difficulty can be handled with ease.

The essence of this practice is to bring Light into what has been dark and painful. Immediate liberation takes place, and the Light reaches places and beings that otherwise might never have received it.
