This text was an attempt to free myself from trances of suffering (number 55 in numerology). Initially I thought that my sufferings resulted from Tibet, but they also resulted from Hellas.
God, please open my heart for my liberation from all my intentions, habits and needs of experiencing suffering and pain.

I and my Soul now resign completely from all intentions of awaiting prophetic, dark, evil, horrific prophecies, visions, visualizations, thoughts, predictions to come true.
I and my Soul have forgiven ourselves that we were oppressed, bullied and harmed in (you say here what you want) kindergarten, in school, in life for that I was different, for my appearance, for my actions and beliefs.

I and my Soul accept and realize that others support me in life for that I am different, for my appearance, for my positive beliefs, for my positive actions.
I and my Soul have forgiven ourselves all intentions, habits, needs, pressions of self-punishing ourselves and all pressions to undergo punishments executed by God and all other beings.
I and my Soul now realize that being stubborn about lasting in (you name it) suffering, in pain, in my fucked-up relationship, in poverty, in self-denial is a prison for me, for my Soul and for other beings.
